Please check you have latest version of visual composer and latest version ( 2.0 ) one click import data is added in home page. If you are using first version demo content which don’t have visual composer compatibility then it will not work and display only loading on front page.

You are doing 100% right but by mistake in demo two times link=”#” is added with social media icon. You can fix this issue by removing extra link=”#” from shortcode.

We are only making themes which is a part of WordPress so you have to install / setup WordPress on your website hosting server ( here you will set admin user and password ) and then install KidsWorld theme. You can refer “How To” video for WordPress from YouTube like this example : https://goo.gl/w4I94f

After WordPress setup, you have to learn basics like how to add post, page, upload media, add user, set permalinks, add categories etc. and then you can refer our help file ( which is included with theme’s main downloaded zip file ) for theme installation and setup.

We are using Metabox plugin to display/get google and all other meta fields in the theme. Metabox plugin has default single map marker features so we can’t add multiple locations. It was quick fix update so we didn’t change the version name and that’s updated version link is not displaying in envato toolkit. If you can wait for 2 days more then you can update automatically from toolkit because we are working on next update and it will be live in two days.

Hi Jur,

WordPress auto line break was generating lots of issue in shortcodes so we removed it from content part. “0000” will also remove in today’s uploaded version.

We added two options to add text

1. Theme’s custom text block which has line break fix

2. Visual Composer default text block – which will add auto line break.

You can use as per your requirement because both are necessary for diff. purpose ( for simple writing Visual Composer text block is good and form fancy design – nested shortcodes -theme text block is good. )

Hi thank for reply. Sorry to say, but it is still is impossible to manually add a line break. HTML code for this does not work and Shift Return which normally also generates a wanted line break does not work. A hard return (without the shift) does work but produces the standard extra white space between the text lines. I need a working line break without the extra white…

You can use filters to change slug name like “school-classes”

Below is example code where “services” is new slug in place of “school-classes”

if ( ! function_exists('myname_classes_slug')) {

    add_filter( 'swmsc_classes_slug', 'myname_classes_slug' );
}

After adding this code in child theme or parent theme function file, flush permalinks to add new slug URLs in database otherwise it will show “404 Page”. ( You can refer youtube video for “flush permalinks” steps )

If you are using xml import file then please install woocommerce plugin because all above failed to import tags are woocommerce product post types. If this post types is not exist then it will fail to import so it is necessary to install and activate wocommerce plugin to fix it.

If you are using one click demo method then you will get all minimum required content posts/pages with top navigation, footer, revolution slider, sidebar etc. ready setup.

XML import is little time consuming. First you have to import all content and then set top navigation from appearance > menus > manage locations, then footer widget from apperance > widgets, revolution slider import, customizer import from setup options > import options, set home page from settings > reading > front page display > static page (Example video for this setup of our other theme: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dJoKMdYskn0 )

It looks you imported both demo ( xml and one click ) which will create similar page id issue. If you can delete all mixed demo content ( images,pages,poste etc. – you can use wp reset plugin for this : https://wordpress.org/plugins/reset-wp/ ) and install fresh demo then you will get all working content.

For dutch is should be: -nl_NL.mo What goes before this extension?

pre-school-shortcodes-nl_NL.mo or pre-school-shortcodes-nl_NL.mo

The latter is stated in de php file for Text Domain? Tried both, no result…

If you did any changes in theme’s core file code like header.php, footer.php, style.css, functin.php etc. files then you have to take backup of all changed files and apply it in updated version files.

Current shortcode is fixed with 3 column display but next updated version have option of 1,2 and 3 column display so then you can make center align two column classes items with visual composer. You can expand logo width but height is fixed because top navigation design is design with 142px height. Demo site logo height is 100px. You can increase maximum logo height up to 142px.

If you are using 142px height logo then add below custom css to remove logo middle align css padding.

You can try below code to adjust big size logo image.

Note : You have to delete any one or two navigation main link to give space for large logo.
