A pre-purchase question….

I have a potential client who had a site totally designed in Flash. Most of its files are in .SWF format. I want to use some of theme as video if I’m saying that right backgrounds in some sliders like Fusion slider or Revolution slider.

Are those sliders support SWF format or I need to convert them to another format like OGG or WebM or even MP4?

Will the conversion affect the quality of the original files?

Hello i just update to avada Version 3.9.3 (is this the last version available? how i get the last version in code canyon i only can download the 3.93) a few minutes ago, and to wordpress 4.5, but i found serveral problem around animations and display information like, tabs, content boxes and toggles.

Hi – will the patch fix the portfolio page not showing up? I have a content page as well that doesn’t display properly. Should I open a ticket or wait until the patch is released?

We’re experiencing some major issues with Avada and WordPress 4.5 as well. Is the fix for all of these WP 4.5 issues going to be an automatic download through the WordPress dashboard, or will we have to upload them each manually? (Please say the first one haha.)

Also, what’s the ETA?

Hello! Is there a way to put text above a slider, when the slider is activated using Fusion Page Options? It appears that you can only add text or use Builder elements beneath the slider, and I want to put a line of text above the slider.

WP4.5 JS Issue Being Fixed

Ditto to some people with Wordpress 4.5 update issues… A lot of things aren’t working… In my case: scripts aren’t loading properly, fusion slider trapped in loading loop, images not loading, css styles not being applied etc… Good to hear that I’m not the only one.

I assume Avada 4.0 is being released to coincide with wordpress 4.5 release?

I put in a support ticket but I am getting php.suspected files again and had fatal error message, but replaced default-widget.php with file from fresh wordpress installation and my clients website is back up until the next issue occurs AGAIN.

Please let support know, that I have php.suspected links in wp-content folder and inside Avada folder in themes as well. I also have php files in wp-content uploads folder where uploaded photos are placed. When I view them in FTP I get funny strings like this

I even did a scan on sucuri.net. Sucuri said my clients website is not infected, but when I click on a file in my FTP client (mfmuvlxw.php.suspected) I get this warning in ESET Threat: PHP/Agent X Trojan.

I called my clients webhost (Hostgator) but they said nothing is wrong with the website. So please ask avada support to investigate this further. I already put in a ticket but I corrected the fatal error warning I was getting, even though I just think “class-wp-widget-archives.php” will delete itself again. Happened twice already. Client I am designing website for is furious because it is now live and I keep getting fatal error messages.

I really do not know what to do at this point. I never had this issue before and have dealt with many other themes on Themeforest. Hopefully someone from support can really help me without giving me the feeling like you’re brushing me off and can’t be bothered with my issue.

One last thing. Is it possible to backup my custom saved template layouts that I have saved in fusion builder when creating and building pages in wordpress dashboard? I am thinking maybe I should just delete absolutely everything but I would need to know that there is a way to backup the custom layouts I saved to save me hours upon hours of rebuilding the website. I already backed up the website, database, all wordpress posts (Tools>Export) and theme data options in Avada theme options.

The modal popup is not responsive and it looks really ugly on the mobile device.

Even though I purchased this theme a while ago, I only used it once because I prefer using Visual Composer with another multipurpose theme in our arsenal.

This is one of the only things holding me back from using Avada more often.
