1) Yes you can do both, the theme includes a shop where you can setup products for sale.

2) Yes, the apartments can be added through the rooms custom post type if you wish or you can also add the apartment as a product page. The products can be added to your shop and you can use it’s product page separate from the apartment page.

3) The Apartments can be managed by the Rooms Custom Post type. You can even change the permalink to ‘apartments’ instead of ‘rooms’. You would manage the product in WooCommerce as a product.

This all sounds possible and should work well with our theme.

Hey! Thanks for the follow up. The plugin developer is actually adding this to the plugin, we just don’t have an eta right now. It’s suppose to be in the next few months. You can always use a plugin to help add extra charges or upsells to the order via WooCommerce.

What’s exciting is that we are enhancing the booking plugin with a lot more integration with WooCommerce, it should be ready in the next two months.

Not sure what you mean by a hour filter. You can book by single or multiple day. You can add any custom field you like to the booking form.

Yes you can make it so the auto-pending is turned off, allowing unlimited bookings for the calendar.

Yes you can add as many rooms as you like. They don’t have to be rooms, you can add them as buildings or apartments. You can also organize them in as many groups as you like. Yes the booking system is translatable. Works great with Polylang which is a free plugin and also WPML.

As for the channel manager, the booking system included already does exporting to airbnb etc, but for importing we are working on a solution for that. It’s not ready just yet. I’m not sure how bed24 works but I suppose it could. The best way to sync is to use ical and we’ve got that working for exporting from WP Booking System to all other calendars, just the importing into WP Booking System is the next step.

Yes the Photoshop file is organized in a very efficient way, we do this to it’s easy to make a mock up for you or clients. It’s free and bundled with the theme. The photoshop file is just for mockups, so if you wanted to change the way the theme works you would like to use the theme options control panel or you may need to customize the theme with a child theme which we also bundle. Hello, the theme comes bundled with Master Slider Pro but if you want to use Rev slider then that should work as well. You can use it in place of the Master Slider shortcode. It will certainly work in the content editor.

Yes Visual Composer will work but we don’t apply our styling to the short codes that come with VC. So for example if you add testimonials using VC it might not look like the ones on the demo because you are using the shortcodes that come with VC and not ours. We’ve had others use VC but using our meta box builder is going to generate the best results if you want your site to look like our demos.

Yes you can book by room, each room has it’s own calendar. The same person could book multiple rooms but you would need to make separate requests but the checkout can be done in 1 order. What this means it that you make a booking request for each room / calendar, when you add your order to the cart you can continue to add more rooms or you can choose to checkout. Basically the booking engine passes the total off to WooCommerc for each booking. There is nothing stopping a visitor for booking multiple rooms and then checking out with one big order. Each booking request for each room gets logged in the database as a separate booking.

Our support is very good. We don’t give priority but we try to get to everyone as quickly as possible. If there is a real emergency then sometimes you can jump the queue. Extended support is a cost savings for you because you are getting better price by purchasing more support up front.

Hello, you could use rooms for both but when it comes to the permalink you would need to choose one or choose something that is ambiguous. So mydomain.com/stay/room1 or mydomain.com/stay/yachts and then use groups to separate them. That is possible.

2) I haven’t heard of MailPoetbut I know mailchimp works well with this theme. So yes, you can use a newsletter service with it.

3) You insert the testimonials. I think if you setup gravity forms you could potentially have customers create their own and then you can approve. I’m not 100% but I’ve used this for posts before and it was fine.

The them supports most plugins so if there is special features I’m sure you can find it in a free plugin.

The hotelier wants that clients make on the website a request for availability (without seeing the price of rooms), so this part will be managed by the hotel via e-mail once the request is sent. He also wants to be able to set some special offers that can be purchased directly online on the website (so with the price shown).

If WooCommerce is not included, are there other ways to manage the special offers (that have to be purchasable online directly from the website)?

Hello Sara! WooCommerce is free and we recommend installing it during the theme activation process. We make it easy to add. No extra fees for you, it’s free.

You can hide and show the price, it’s optional. You don’t have to show it if you don’t want to . It’s very easy to change.

Special offers would be updated via WooCommerce product. So you add a woocommerce product then you associate it with the room and the price is set in WooCommerce. You can use coupons codes or just add a sale price. That’s easy to do as well.

Yup, WooCommerce is free and it comes recommended as part of the install.

tag with your description is supposed to show up. If it is a plugin you can bypass this by adding your own text in the excerpt field of each room custom post type. That should replace that text. Let us know how it works for you.

The WP booking System that is bundled with the theme might not able to to do all of that but you can add in your own calendar or something like pinpoint which might do all those things. Adding the calendar in the slider at the top with a 3rd party plugin might not look like our demo so if you find a calendar system that can work, let us know and we can test it out for you

Thanks for the follow up. Sounds like the pinpoint plugin might be the way to go and that works with our theme in any area where you can add a shortcode. We haven’t tested the pintpoint calendar in the slider but certainly in any HTML meta boxes and the content editor.

When you install WordPress you can choose what language, the WordPress options will be in that language you select. There are theme options that were created by us that will initially be in English but you can translate them if you would prefer. You can use loco translate to translate the admin area and polylang to provide your content in different languages. Does this help?

Yes the calendar can work in this way. You can turn auto-pending off so that when someone chooses their dates (arrival / departing) and fills out the form, the status of those rooms will not change.

In effect the calendar is more of a date selector than an availability calendar. You can use it in this way.

You can also build the form to request any information you wish, adults, children, extra services etc… when the customer submits their request, it goes to the admin and gets stored in the website for reference.

Once that is done the hotelier can choose to follow up with the person or create a product in WooCommerce so that the person can purchase their stay.

You can even get fancy with WooCommerce and generate a custom order then send it to the customer for payment.

It’s awesome.

I have not choice but uninstall my wordpress. I tried the 2nd times and it works prefectly ok now. I know what is the real reason already. Just now access the files via google drive. Now i move the files back to the local drive and reinstall again. Everything looks good now. Thanks!
