Greatives team: Thanks for the Wordpress 4.5 update. Still encountering some issues with Osmosis and Wordpress 4.5; my site won’t display on many devices. It is possible it is a CDN issue, but I am still seeing white screen on desktops and laptops. I can see the site (www.artworksforchange.org) on my mobile phone. I have a few questions now that I have tinkered with the theme a bit….
1. WP 4.5 does in fact break the theme, due to the new jQuery Migrate that comes bundled with the update. Luckily I had just started out before updating, however lost like 3+ hours work of setup time. Backed up now though.
2. Is there a way to disable the Title bar by default site-wide or does this have to be disabled on a per page basis?
3. I noticed that some of the icons you have on the demo were not included with the theme. These icons were part of what caught my eye and was disappointed to find they weren’t included. How and where can I get similar icons?
4. Where can I find the different examples of the Header Types? i.e. Light & Dark

About the new WP update 4.5, our new theme update is almost ready. However, you must always check in the item description for what WP version we support before you update. Anyway, our customers will get an update for the WP 4.5 in a few hours.

I am a very happy user of Osmosis. I had auto-updates set in Wordpress and it updated to Wordpress 4.5 today. The update led to the Osmosis theme not displaying my web pages. I was able to restore to a backup. Just a heads up to the wonderful Greatives team. —Al

It is obvious that what you describe is not Theme-related. I believe you have missed something in the procedure of url change. This is not a Theme functionality but a WP one. Our “system” (Theme) does not track anything. It seems that you made somewhere a wrong move.
It seems that your support has expired. Since we do not provide support in the public comments area – this has nothing to do with the support expiration – it has to do with our policy – you can verify this if you search in the public comments area – if you want to discuss this further please send us an e-mail at: support@greatives.eu.

I’ve just purchased and installed a new licence of Osmosis and want to copy some templates from my other licensed site using Osmosis, however Visual Composer is missing the Classic Mode option. I’ve checked the settings and the Role Manager and everything is as it should be, I’ve compared the other site that its working on but looking deeper into it the guys behind VC say the following;
First check if you have Frontend enabled for your user group – this can be done under WP Admin – Visual Composer – Role Manager. If you do not see Frontend editor option in Role Manager or if it is activated, but still not available it could be so that your WP theme author disabled Frontend editor from his/her theme configuration. In such case it is recommended to contact theme author directly to get information on reasons disabling Frontend and step by step guide on how to remove this blocker to enable Frontend editor.
I’m up to date with both VC and Osmosis.
Also, VC tab for licence input is missing, again on their site it says the following;
2.5 I don’t see License tab in Visual Composer settings
It could be so that your WP theme author disabled License tab of Visual Composer within his/her theme configuration. It is necessary to contact theme author directly to get information on how to enable License tab by removing his/her custom blocker.

Hey, one more question (although I already purchased this) — is there an option for the portfolio to view portfolio items inside the page (rather than go to a new page)? Like a lightbox style? We can build this in, but just curious of we’ll find options for that in your theme. Thank you!
You are not able to have the full single portfolio item in the portfolio overview but maybe you can achieve something similar with the custom links of the portfolio element. So, please start digging into the theme functionality and use our Support Forum anytime you need help. Have in mind that we provide support only there. Thanks again

Hello, I have a question before purchasing. Is it possible to change the way the page has a slight delay in the scrolling? For instance, when using the mouse wheel to scroll down the page there is an easing motion that delays the page from scrolling down at first. Can that be disabled? This isn’t really practical for a business type webpage and the client would like instant scrolling. I’m sure it would just be a code tweek, but I just wanted to check first. thanks

I believe you are referring to the CSS animation and its delay. They are both fully customizable,when available, so you will have no problem at all with that. We would be glad having you on board!

Hey there! It is quite difficult to provide the PSD files for Osmosis as we have changed multiple things during the development so the initial files are completely outdated. I am not quite sure that I understand your point about the forms as every form in Osmosis has the theme style. Additionally, you can create multiple form layouts, check here.

I will upgrade my support if I am able to find out that thsi is possible. It’s usually a basic function of a push slider so I don’t understand why this isn’t a quick option?
Please allow me to clarify something here! It has not to do with the “support expired”. If you check our public comments you will see that we do not provide support on this public area many months before the new support rules by Envato. We really want to help even if you have the label “support expired” but, unfortunately, we are not able to provide modifications and check the side effects for every single one of them.
