I’ve been designing a website with the MO template and if I create a portfolio page and select “PORTFOLIO CONFIGURATION – DETAIL LAYOUT – RIGHT SIDEBAR” I get this error message:

The only option that works is the PAGE BUILDER.

You can follow below instruction: This might caused because PHP configuration limits that are set too low to complete the process. You should contact your web host and ask them to increase those limits to a minimum as follows:
max_execution_time 300 memory_limit 128M post_max_size 64M upload_max_filesize 64MTo check your php limits, you can use this plugin:https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-php-info/
As your host has max_execution_time=0 it doesn’t seem to work at all.

The Visuak Composer plugin comes bundled with the theme. We’ll always make sure to include the latest version in the main theme package so you can update yours.
Note:
The theme includes a license for this plugin so you don’t have to buy it.
You don’t have to activate the plugin license, it’s already activated.
You can’t update the plugin directly from the it’s producer.
You don’t have to worry about the plugin update warnings.
We provide updates on a regular basis, after we test the plugin for theme compatibility we include it in the latest theme update, inside the ../plugins folder.

Hi! Visual Composer stopped working after WordPress update to 4.5. I posted a thread on the forum, but, as usual, no one from the support team replied. There are more users impacted and all themes using Visual Composer. Will anyone from the support team bother anytime soon to release an update with the newest version of visual composer?

You can upgrade Visual Composer by performing following steps:
1. Please make sure main theme is activated while performing other steps
2. Go to Plugins page in your WordPress Dashboard, locate Visual Composer in the list, deactivate it and delete it
3. You will see message that required plugin is missing at the top of your WordPress Dashboard
4. Install the plugin and then activate it

Upon checking your site, I found that this isn’t something caused by the MO theme. I have tried to activated another theme and imported grid but no working as well. This might likely caused by your host, take a look: http://prntscr.com/au2cxk
I would definitely recommend reaching out to the host provider and open ticket with their team on the issue. They know about it and it’s up to them to provide a fix.

Like many people who have purchased this theme, I am VERY frustrated with support. Basically, there is no support. I’ve left several comments in the forum and have filled out the “contact us” form.
I paid for this theme and (again like many users), the MO portfolio doesn’t work. There is an AJAX issue uploading the demo content.

The Ajax call is made by the theme, but it only has CSS in it so doesnt need to be dynamic. Please let me know how do I remove it?
