We have problem with Greek permanlinks.
Tried out this plugin: Greeklish-permalink (https://wordpress.org/plugins/greeklish-permalink/), but it only works for posts created at the backend.
How its possible to make it work when someone make a post at Woffice frontend?

The plugin probably creates new actions and hooks on the Wordpress publishing process. I can’t guarantee anything but just drop us some access so we can try it onlive. We’ll look on the code and send you some changes. If Denish or Antonio reply, please assign the ticket to myself.

Hi, just wanted to let you know that the Woffice Maintenance extension causes login problems. It was causing too many redirections that would not let the browser load and open my site. Even when it works, there is a major shortcoming. It brings up the maintenance screen even for the admin. I had to use another maintenance plugin to keep working on the site while others are shown the maintenance screen. I hope these problems are resolved for everybody. I’ve 1.8.1 version. It seems the latest is 1.8.2. I wonder how come I didn’t receive a notification for it like I receive for my other ThemeForest themes. Anyways, I don’t think there was any commit to the Maintenance extension in that one. I strongly suggest that you must’ve an option for the admin to bypass the maintenance mode. Thanks.
Yes, you’re right we didn’t changed anything about the Maintenance extension in the last update. Yes that’s how it should work. I’ll do some tests on my side and get back about it.

In the frontend, at the top right, there is the avatar image that drops down the personals (Activity, Profile, Notifications, Messages etc.), how its possible to change them (order, delete..)?

Hi, I really love this theme and just want to verify certain functionalities I would need to tailor it for my site.
My site will need to have different profile roles and accessibility-I need admin types of accounts to be able to create something like a parent profile and then individual users to be able to sign up underneath them.
Can I create rights that prevent some users from being able to sign up unless approved by a sub-admin?
Can I then ensure that some users can only interact under this one sub-admin?
Also I don’t want individual users (non-admin) to be able to interact (or even see or detect each other’s presence) – They should only be able to interact with the admin profile they have signed up under.
Can I have multiple networks (parent profiles and their individual users) that function completely exclusive from each other?

Glad you like our work.
1. I don’t quite understand what you mean by “parent profile”. Woffice comes with Buddypress so you’ll have Admins, profile roles and groups to sort your members.
2. You’ll need a plugin for that, some good ones already exist. Then, it all depends if your subadmin are allowed to reach the backend side. Because the already existing plugins only work from the backend. As far as I know.
3. If you delete the members page and make a simple redirection on other’s profile link. That should be possible. But regarding the permission it definitely depends on point 1.
4. User’s profile are by default exclusive and doesn’t require any other member interaction. So Yes.

Hello I have an issue with the active calendar EventON and works well. then active Eventon – Full Cal and does not appear in the configuration of pluguin. USER ACTION does not appear simply can not do anything .. and pluguin Eventon asks me then updated and unresponsive says Warning: This plugin has not been tested in this version of WordPress. Thanks I hope your prompt response. and off several plugin but still the same

Fields are repeating in the profile. Every time I refresh it adds tabs and fields. Caching is turned off, checked other plugins etc. Please Help. I submitted a support ticket.

2. Yes it does, it isn’t the default page builder we’re using. But Woffice is compatible and you’ll also find a nice article about how to use Woffice’s shortcodes within the Visual Composer. So you won’t loose any feature from us.

Hello, I have some pre-purchase questions. I want to set up a network for my client but he wants Forum (BBpress) open for all and all buddypress elements (Members, activity and other) to be only for logged in users. Let me tell you, I already worked with same theme with School layout for my different client but I didn’t saw such option. I just saw that site will be public or private. So I just want to ask if this is possible to make BBpress forum public and buddypress private and how before purchasing license for it. Thanks

According to Themeforest, it’s one license per end-product. So it all depends on how you see it. But if it’s on different domains you’ll need one license per site.
Actually, it’s much better that way because you’ll have auto-update for each site. Including security patches and new features. As you can see here : https://woffice.io/changelog/ we’re updating it quite a lot so it’s better to have the auto update turned on

Well there is different ways to do that. Firstly, if you like Woffice design and layout, you can set some pages as “public” so anyone will be able to access them. You’ll find different options to make it even better (2nd menu, different widgets…). Secondly, you can use another theme to handle the “site” side. Using a new Wordpress or a multisite install, your choice

Well you can list all the members on a map. It’s just a field to fill in from your profile. Then Woffice will create the map using the GeoCoding API from Google. Regarding the “closest members” feature, pretty cool idea. But for now not available :/
