I’m writing about the visual composer problem again, were my front-end and back-end didn’t work. I updated my theme as you suggested, but nothing changed, visual composer is still not working.

As far as I understand you, you will be able to customizer Blog and Portfolio, but not sure about custom post types. Here is a Free Trial of the theme, go to this link and test everything yourself: http://wp-royal.com/preview/ but you can’t install plugins. That’s all I can say.

I personally developed that “Customizer Panel” and trust me you CAN’T bind new post types to it, because whenever I add one single customizer control I should make changes across 5-6 files. And I’m using “portfolio.php” for Portfolio Custom Post type.

How do we upgrade without deleting anything we have added?
After doing this 1. Envato Toolkit – the easiest way for Themeforest users. This plugins comes with Hyper-X by default, when you install the theme – plugin installation popup box will ask you to install Envato Toolkit plugin as well. to get it working you will need:
Generate an API key to link your WordPress site to your Themeforest account. Go to your Themeforest Account > Settings > API Keys and generate it. Go to your Dashboard > Envato Toolkit and enter your marketplace username and secret API key. Click “Save Settings.” Go to Themes tab, find Hyper-X theme and click on “Update Automatically” link. The plugin will now alert you to theme updates.

So you need to update theme to latest version, then after you update delete royal core plugin and install it again from recommended plugin installation popup window. http://wp-royal.com/hyper-x/support/knowledge-base/how-to-update-theme/ check link as well.

Hi, I am am having issues with a page not scrolling to the bottom. Half of the copyrights and social section gets cut off and won’t scroll down further.
Is there some setting I am missing? How can this be fixed?

Please try to navigate in Customizer > Blog Page section > Description (enable it if it disabled and try like this). You will find Post excertpt + post content options there and try both. Let me know if it helps. Cheers

For my surprise I try use in my old local environment with wp 4.2.7 and cutomization work fine, I can modify home page.
Actually I am using 4.4.2 where I can not customize.

Hi, we receiving 50+ emails every day and i recommended you to send it from one email or from one account, even if you have problem on 3x or 4x sites, dont send it from different accounts. Please send again from one email and include there all your issues and we will get back. And when you posting on forums after that you dont need to send email or write here, we will get back maby later but we will get back 100% , its hard to manage your emails when it listed on here, on forums and on email as well. Hi! My Name is Tatiana. Yesterday I purchased the Theme HyperX. It’s really awesome, I love it so much. However I’ve got little troubles at the moment customizing it. The Revolution Slider doesn’t seem to work properly, moreover if I use it on one of the pages, the content of this page will not be visible after I press save button. Is there any solution to make it working again?

Yes, theme has that functionality, you can create multiple portfolios as many as you want, we had that function even in our old theme, here is example http://wp-royal.com/cufo/jupiter work1 and work 2 are different portoflios. Cheers

Actually I just want the clients when they are on my portfolio page to be able to see – ALL / UI UX / PRINT / INTERIOR /3D..
If they click on UI for example,ONLY the works of UI shows up, and if they click on ALL evertything shows up. You get my point?

I am having a great experience so far with my purchase of the Hyper-X Wordpress template.
However, it seems a few options are missing.
- I am unable to customize the text font within single portfolio pages. - I am unable to customize or turn off the large title displayed above single portfolio pages. - I am unable to turn off ‘similar posts’ in single portfolio pages.
These are fairly simple tasks, and mostly related to design in single portfolio pages.
Please let me know if you can assist me.

1. Make sure you enable typography section for customizer, learn how enable/disable sections here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4iD3CLQUc_4 its very easy . Then you will be able to change it from this section.
2. To customize big text in single pages Navigate in Typography > H1 and here you go
3. Navigate in Cusotmizer > Similar post > and disable it from there.

My issue is related to Ultimate – VC, each time I try to change something for example background image after I try to publish the browser go to home page.
I have some similar experience with customizing section, first once it apply change and second time even it show in live not publish.

how can I make the images in ‘stacked’ portfolios be less wide – and still look good on mobile? Some of my images are not that wide – and end up being stretched. Can I not set a max width for images in the stacked portfolio?
