A compatibility problem about UC browser (mobile) Both my website and http://the7.dream-demo.com/ can not display the main menu in UC browser (mobile) I hope you can find the reason and repair it

When you edit or insert slide even saving it clean and erase what was done in each layer after leave or refresh the page.

After going Theme Options > Theme Update could update Slider Revolution but could not activate.

Good morning, I have installed v2.3.13 and updated all plugins (VC 4.11.2.1) on our testing server (WP 4.5) before pushing to our live site. All of our columns throughout the entire site now have a 0 margin and are butting up against each other. You can see an example here: http://georgiancourt.staging.wpengine.com/admissions/visit/

Here is the same page on our live site (v2.3.8 with VC 4.11.1), which appears to have a margin of around 45px: http://georgian.edu/admissions/visit/

I have not made any changes to the column settings, leaving them at their default settings. Please advise. Thank you.

Is there any documentation for the image scroller? For the life of me I cannot get it to work. It just grabs a couple images from the image library and ignores the category I selected.

Hi with the portfolio internal metro gallery why don’t the images snap underneath each other on mobile responsive?

It looks pretty bad as the thumbnails are just tiny on mobile. Is there a code to fix this? This should be a standard instead of just shrinking like one large image.

The latest version of this theme is v.3.6.0. My activated theme version is The7.2 ver. 2.3.4 But in my WP backoffice, when I go to theme update it says: You have the most recent version of the theme. What’s that?

Soundcloud Icon Wrong: When putting link in for layout for Soundcloud – Top Bar and Header (it displays 500PX icon). This happens with last few updates and changes the Soundcloud icon to 500px . This also occurs in sidebar widgets as well when you put soundcloud link in to soundcloud area.

Hi, after the most recent theme update I’m not able to change the main logo and the footer logo. Every time I remove your logo and add mine and save it, it keeps on coming back to your logos. It is so frustrating! Also I’m not able to translate files using Poedit. Translating the .po file still shows original phrases in English on the frontend. Can you help?

FYI, this theme is not compatible with WP 4.5, I just spent the morning updating everything, even using my own licenses for VC since it’s more up to date then what is in the 3.6 files and the only thing that brought my clients site back was downgrading WP thanks!

Just wanted to drop a note that I absolutely LOVE the fact that you’ve added the current version and (or better: which is) an anchor link to the actual changelog to the top of the decription section.

I just had to get an update for another theme from adifferent publisher. There, even the changelog in the item description stops in 2014. Quite annoying. You, on the other hand, are doing it perfectly right

One of my clients commented on the mobile menu ”+” signs that signify an additional drop down menu. Is it possible to make these darker? On some phones they’re hard to see. Thanks.

The question is regarding the custom menu which is inserted into top bar using microwidget.

(1) How to insert into top bar 3 different custom menus? I mean to insert in top header such menu items to have IN ONE HORIZONTAL LINE three separate items (each item with some links).

(2) Or how to display ITEMS of the custom menu in one horizontal line. Currently if I insert custom menu then MENU ITEMS are not one horizontal line – only these menu items are in dropdown list (so links ae hidden in dropdown list and looks like secondary level of menu)

I just updated a version 2 site for one of my clients by replacing the theme file (I do this all the time) and to my shock the footer and sidebar disappeared. Fortunately, we had backups, but I had to do a “lot” of copy/paste.

Is there a recovery process, like save one of the theme settings or something?

Temporary Solution to Visual Composer compatability with Wordpress 4.5

Reinstall Wordpress 4.4.2:

Download Wordpress 4.4.2 from the Archives:

Important:

You’ve heard it a million times before. Backup your database first. Just in case. Better safe than sorry, right?

Backup, then rename, move, or delete:

wp-admin wp-includes

(DO NOT move, rename or delete wp-content)

Backup, then move or delete the WP related files in your root folder (EXCEPT for wp-config.php and .htaccess).

Upload the default WP root files from the 4.4.2 .zip file to your site’s root folder. Next, upload the wp-admin and wp-includes folder to your site’s root folder.

Go to your site’s wp-admin/ folder. It may prompt that a database upgrade is needed. I did this and it worked fine for my site(s).

This will take you back to Wordpress 4.4.2 until VC and theme developers can get update for Wordpress 4.5.
