Have you updated to the latest version of the theme? The latest update is required to make the theme compatible with WordPress 4.5. Pls post the link to the forum in case the problem persists. Pls make sure you do a hard browser refresh after update to retest.

You just need to update to the latest version 3.1 of Invent and the issue will be resolved.

This is due to a JS error we saw in WordPress 4.5 version. Pls update to the latest version of the theme released on 14 April, do a hard refresh of the browser and the problem should get resolved. Thanks.

6) You can insert the adsense code as part of a text widget.

7) Should be possible but I have not dealt with the same

9) Yes – although some basic knowledge of CSS is assumed. You can use SiteOrigin page builder.

10) Have not tested but I do not see why you can’t integrate since we follow best practices for WordPress themes.

I checked the site and looks like the total download size for the home page is 6 MB.

Also pls check if using this plugin -

helps to optimize the loading time.

I found the site generally quite speedy except for the first load wherein the various scripts and css need to be loaded.

We are removing the height option from the slider since creating custom sizes (using Aqua resizer) based on user chosen values has not been very reliable specially with HTTPS secure sites. For controlling the height, just crop the image itself to the desired height in a tool like photoshop and then upload it as a slider image.

The slider now takes the original uncropped images and displays the same in Nivo/Flex slider.

Sorry for the delay – we had a major update to the theme which took longer than expected. Hope this is not too late for you.

I went ahead and tested the plugin with Invent and things work flawlessly. Was able to create and view the glossary terms. The index page page works really well and the I tested a page with the strings from glossary inserted and the glossary terms showed up promptly with the tooltip. Hope there is nothing else that I need to test. Looks like a really well made plugin.

The event submission is all backend. If you need frontend submission of events, you will need to purchase this paid plugin -

Thanks for your interest. To answer your queries – yes, it is possible to use tools like Polylang and WPML to translate the theme and you can create a home page with or without parallax scrolling.

Can you pls switch to default theme Twenty Fifteen and see if that makes a difference. This looks more like a server issue than a theme issue. Some times I see a connection timed out error and at other times, it is just too slow with almost no data in the page…
