Hi, I’m having the same issue as one of the other user commented. My logo was working fine until it randomly disappeared. In addition to the layerslider randomly disappearing. I haven’t touch the site or logged on for a change to have been made. Any ideas? Please help. Not sure what to do – tried deleting and uploading logo again. No help.

2. This is caused by updating WordPress to 4.5 before official theme update for the compatibility was released.

is it possibile to assign a specific link on the profile image in the team page? I want each person to have a personal page and I want that each image of the team has a link to the personal page.
I see it’s not possible to assign link in the ‘team’ tab in visual composer, any ways to achieve this?

There’s no direct option for that within Team element, but here’s a simple and nice solution : split the row into columns , and in each one you can add team element, and under it Button element, with a link to single page of that member http://screencast.com/t/tErEO5TC1

i updated the Wordpress theme and after that some content of the website was gone/not displayed and the Visual Composer don´t work anymore.
so i installed also the new bridge version(7.5) and deleted the required plugins and install them again as you described on your “video tutorial” https://qode.ticksy.com/ticket/733433?
unfortunately the problem is still the same. i could´nt do anything at the backend. And the weired thing ist that at the classic mode, there is still the whole content. But why isn´t it displayed?

Is there a way to reverse the order the columns stack with css when going to mobile, assuming you add css then add the class in the row with visual composer?

the css code is different there, since there’s no vc_row class , but sections are created.

The pages I’m trying to edit won’t allow the Visual Composer to do anything. I have uploaded it in the new theme and I have deleted and reinstalled multiple times but still same thing keeps happening. VC is not showing the and I can’t edit the page using backend editor. Please help. What is my options so that I can start a new pages again?
Also a the bottom of the page there is a long list of unsupported things and a phrase that says – “Elements within this list are deprecated and are no longer supported in newer versions of Visual Composer.”

My question is: I seem to be having problems with the Visual composer that comes with your theme. It does not display in the admin, so I have to edit with the classic mode and certain animation functions dont show.
There has been an update available recently that includes an update for Visual Composer, correct? I am running Version 4.5 of WordPress?, so I am asuming this is the reason for the strange VC behaviour?

yes, tried it again … logged in and the system greets me nicely “welcome sandra” but then at the end of the process it tells me “uups, something went wrong, the purchase code seems to be invalid.” It might be due to the first time log-in it was my programmer with my purchase code and he might have plugged in his own e-mail …so maybe we caused a mess there ? ( I actually got the same login problem very early on already, but since I had figured out my question in the meantime, I forgot about it again )
About my update issue: My programmer didnt use the child-theme to do edits to the style.css and possibly a few other files. Updating now Bridge will make me loose all those edits, wont it ;-/ What options do I have – update the VC only for now untill he sift through were exactly he updated? I am sure I am not the first one to do such a stupid error, so maybe there is a workaround? ( pretty pleaaaase ? ) thank you, sandra

The changes made in style.css file will be easily saved. Just copy that file to your PC, and after update, paste again those changes (probably some css) into new style.css file.
All the content, options and styles from your WP admin will remain saved, nothing to worry there. Only directly changed theme files are in danger, don’t know if he changed some more?
Also, try to register to ticksy again, with some new email ,and then to submit a ticket using your purchase code.

Once you have updated Bridge to 9.1.3 , you can then manually update the plugin.
You can find the zip for the latest Visual Composer in wp-content/themes/bridge/plugins , you can see js_composer.zip file
That’s the zip for the latest version. You can extract it, and paste the extracted js_composer folder in wp-content/plugins folder of your server, instead of existing(current) js_composer folder you have there.
