Hello, is there any way to speed up the transition between pages, posts… when the logo is shown? It´s quite slow. Can the logo be removed from the transition to speed things up? Thank you
Hi,
Go to Theme Customzier > Preloader > Preloading Animation and disable it.
Or if you still want to have a transition but want to remove logo, then just set “Select Icon” option to “None” instead of “Logo” in the same section. Also you will find bunch of options to customize your page preloading animation. Hope this makes sense.

Hi after latest wp update you may have isses like this.
You need to update visual composer and ultimate-addons plugins and all be good.
1. Deactivate and Delete both plugins.
2. Then download Theme from therefore and extract it somewhere on your desktop.
3. Then open Theme Folder > Plugins folder > and you will find > js_composer.zip (this is visual composer) and Ultimate_VC_Addons.zip plugins.
4. Install this plugins and all be good
You will not loose anything.

Good day!, Thank you for the step by step guidance! Because I deactivated the plugin’s >then deleted> and my whole website was gone> I kinda was shocked but since I work hard on the website I wasn’t completely lost. VC is working better but the logo place is still effey.
It still doesn’t provide the solution. I redownloaded the updated version through wordpress. Went to the zip and I saw the JS folder but no zip. Themeforest file>>hyper & hyperchild. I continue and there are no zips for JS, just pure file documents.

But I have another request.
1) with the “postgrid”, with data-source “page”, I created a home that shows the thumb of each page.
I give at the images the hover effect “masonry grid: overlay with rotation” that shows the title of the pages in hover.
This effect doesn’t work on tablet and smartphone. how should I do to see the effect even on these devices?

Hello, I purchased your theme it a few months and it is perfect! I am very happy! However, the Visual Composer plugin no longer works correctly for 10 days. I haven’t got access to my content page in my backoffice. I thought it was a problem updating but no, and when I click on the plugin site link, they intend to buy it. hy there guys, i’m scouting for a theme to build up a new portfolio site for a new client… and hyper-x seems really great! in particular riven seems to be perfect! now i’ve got just a few questions to know if the theme fits to some of my client intentions, i hope you guys can help me!
1) my client will upload on his new site a huge amount of portfolio items of many different categories, so he ask me a random visualization. he wants the site to show different items any time a user open o refresh the page, is it possible? 2) i want to be sure that if i click on a category the theme shows me the entire category, non just the items loaded on the home page, did it works like that? 3) share buttons in the single portfolio item, is it possible to have them? 4) is it possible to add custom social icons (like big cartel)?
i really hope you guys can answer my questions, they’re fundamental points to satisfy my client, and so to buy the theme

Hey there. Great theme. Two important questions to start using the theme:
1 – When I Import and activate one of the templates, the page don’t display the template. Only display one post (Hello world). I’m guessing it doesn’t download the template. I?ve tried with two templates and nothing.
2 – When I try to customize, I have this message: Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 146800640 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 261900 bytes) in /htdocs/public/insights/wp-content/themes/hyperx/framework/customizer/royal-customizer.php on line 18922.
Can you guys help me out with this two issues? I need it urgently. Thanks

I had three links in the bottom that sent the prospect to look at my work but they disappeared. When I click on text in the page development in my backend. I see the files written. we really like this theme very much and think about to buy it.
but we have a few questions as we are trying the costumizing demonstration. sorry we are no native speakers so its not too easy to describe what we wanna know. lets try.
so. we take the athena theme example. we put the portfolio single page with the stacked galery and wanna add the project infos on the right side of the gallery. the headline is above left. now we cant find any option to increase the space between the info box and the image, it keeps stacking at the gallery with no space. is this a bug only in the demonstration version or is it possible later to put some space in between?
another problem is, the project info starts at the above line of he headline. for me as a designer it looks not correct. it must start at the above line of the image. but we can´t find any option to set vertical position of the info box.
the short info beneath each image stacks in the verticale center to the next image. it should have a smaller space to the image above because it belongs to that image. we can´t find any option to set this vertical position. is there one?
are there more options for costumizing this in the full purchased version then I can see in the demo version? it s a pity I can´t put any screenshots here to demonstrate my questions. so it sound a bit complicated, hope you understand what we mean…
is there an option to bounce the images in the portfolio page and single page? with an plug in? is it possible to include HTML5 animated banners via a plug in?
