Ok, now it’s fine. So the space you got between the header and content is header’s background section. To decrease this space, you need to use an extra css:
body:not(.template-slider) #Header { min-height: 180px !important; }
The extra CSS didn’t seem to work. Two things, Is it possible to use a slider as the default header for every blog post, like what we use on the default blog page? http://www.gravityfloatwellness.com/blog/

Ok, thanks. We did checked your site and noticed that you have some html and JS errors. If you open site in Firefox html mode (CTRL+U) you will see those errors. Also, if you open console, you see that one of your files can not be loaded. Just look at http://pasteboard.co/DPSG8nE.png
Not sure if this could be the reason but except those things, we did not found anything else wrong.
Hi, Great theme. When viewing on my mobile there is quite a bit of white space below the logo and menu lines, on the demo the shopping cart, search icon and translation menu is there which I don’t require, therefore can this be decreased in anyway?? I’m using the default theme. Many thanks.

you must forgot to hider Right Top Bar under Theme options > Header & Subheader > Extras section and that’s why you got this empty space under logo on mobile.

Thank you for your quick reply. Hiding that top bar works perfectly for mobile responsive but it then also hides the search icon when viewing on desktops. Is there anyway you can just hide that section on mobiles but keep the search icon when view in a desktop? thanks again.
This can be achieved with custom css only. If you send us link to page where you got this right top bar active, we will help you to remove it on mobile only.

slider does not scale properly because you set something in the backend of slider wrong way. We suggest to import one of our pre-made sliders to compare settings between sliders.

When you import pre-made slider, you see that everything works as should. But if after your customisation something does not work, it means that you did something wrong. That’s why we suggest to import slider once again and be more careful with your customisation.

1) This is Hover Box item which does not have telephone option unfortunately so you won’t be able to set phone number for that item.
2) To increase responsive menu icon on mobile, you need to use extra css:
#Top_bar a.responsive-menu-toggle i { font-size: 40px !important; }

Just coming back on the hover box. Basically, what my client wants is to have an image with the phone number in it. Then once someone clicks on it, he wants the phone number to then appear in the dial screen on a smartphone. I know the usual HTML code for doing this is 00111111
However, when I insert this as a link for the ‘image’ item in your page builder it doesn’t work.
Any ideas what the best way to do all this is?

What your client’s need, requires files customisation so you probably need to modify files because without that it won’t be possible.
Yesterday I bought the theme BeTheme. After downloading and unzip the main fail I try to instal the zip file “betheme” with wordpress, nur I got only the massage that the theme is during unzip. I have try it several times. I have try to instal the theme “betheme child”. That works without problems, I only got the massage that I have to instal the parents Theme steht first. I downloaded some free themes. All themes I can instal without any problem. At the last time I let “unzip” the theme “betheme” more than 8 hours, but it doesen’t work. Could you pls check your latest update and release a new one?

It is showing only the message “Unzip the theme”( in German), no more.
In english: I see the massage: ” Unpacking the package…” I NOT see the massages: “Installing the Theme”, “Sucsessful installed…”and “Live Preview, Activate, Return to Theme Inst.” So it is still unpacking without result…
Did you tried to install both packages: betheme.zip and betheme-no-plugins.zip? Did you made this installation the same way as it has been explained in the documentation? Hi,I just updated to your latest theme after updating to WP 4.5 but now Visual Composer has stopped working. The plugin still shows version 4.10 but it needs version 4.11.2. You say the latest 4.11.2.1 version of VC is included with the theme but how do I update it? I realise that my support has expired but I still think this is a valid questions as other people may also be having trouble or may be a bug.

yes, as you mentioned, this is blockquote. The same one you can see on our demo. If you don’t want to use it, you can remove it with the following css:

your site may scroll to fast only because of the Nice Scroll. If you changed the value and it still does not work as you wish, you need to disable this scroll and use the default one instead.

Unfortunately disabling them nothing changed, the speed of scrolling is the same (a lot too fast)
So if disabling Nice Scroll didn’t changed anything, the problem must be related with your browser.

So if our advise did not helped, all we can suggest to remove wp files, theme and database, then install WP files once again with theme on fresh database but without any customisations and extra plugins.
Updates aren’t available through Envato Toolkit for this theme? I’m running a child theme and have the plugin installed, but it doesn’t show me new versions of theme and doesn’t allow me to upgrade. I have to do manually through FTP.
Hi there, when using the muffin builder and click on the eye to hide the content, it totally disappears and cant get it back, because its even not visible in admin view. Its also not possible anymore to export or import content in muffin builder with the last update.
