Most likely you are using the older VC version, that is not compatible with the current WP version. Please update the theme and VC to the current versions and it should be fine. If your email actions are set up correctly, then the issue could be related to your mailing server settings. The current Leisure version 1.6.3 is compatible with WP 4.5.1. There is an issue of compatibility with older versions of Visual Composer, but the current version included 4.11.2.1 works fine. All the best.

I’m embarrassed now. You can not install the demo site. If you can not install the same demo I have to purchase and install a different site. I purchased good to have your demo site . Demo site installation is very difficult. In the case of foreign aid want an easier installation.

Like we said in the reply to your support ticket, we can not help you because we can not access your WP dashboard. To be able to run a WP theme, you need a working WordPress platform. Without a working WP, you will not be able to install any theme, so switching to another product is not a solution. Thank you very much. I guess I just needed the correct file name. Instead of updating the entire theme, via FTP I deleted the old js_composer file in the Plugins folder and then uploaded the new one. (I had to unzip it first) Hope this helps someone else!

1- How and where do I import the icons for the room amenities? I have successfully imported the other content, but I am missing the icons;
2- Can the header be sticky on mobile as well?
3- Does it have a back to top button?
4 – The form with the id=14 (the form bellow the homepage header) is missing, where can I get it?

The icons are integrated in the theme, you need to go at Rooms > Room Amenities and only add the icon number (you can find screenshots with the icons here: http://docs.curlythemes.com/leisure-wordpress/#icon-shortcodes ).
The menu can not be sticky on mobile through the theme’s option and it does not have a back to top button. The form under the header on homepage is the Room Booking form, you should find it in the demo data folder and import it in Ninja Forms. If you need help, please open a ticket on support and we will solve it.

Please try deleting the plugin and following the auto-suggested install process. This will install the version 4.11.2.1, which should work fine on WP 4.5. If you are not able to install through the dashboard, upload the VC ZIP file from the download package. We do not have a booking or payments system included, it is only a reservation form, that sends you an email with all the info from the form’s fields. We encourage our clients to choose the third party booking solution they want, if they need it. Still, you should contact before the plugin’s developers and ask them if they think any compatibility issues may appear. All the best.

The download package contains the XML files for both the White Resort and the Black Hotel demos. It doesn’t have one-click installation, but the import process is pretty simple, with WP Importer. Yes, the contact page template has Google Maps integrated and Google Fonts are available in the Customizer. All the best.

WP 4.5 has just been released and the compatibility versions of Visual Composer and our theme also are not yet available. As a general rule, before updating to a new WP version, please wait for the new theme version, released after the compatibility has been thoroughly tested.
