Visual Composer says Hola! Please activate your copy of Visual Composer. Should we buy Visual Composer.
I am asking because it does not work, I can’t add a smart content box. I made a new fresh test install and I still can’t add Smart Content Box.
Until now I have installed just the plugins that I need. I don’t know if I have missed any plugin.
These are the plugins that I have currently installed. WPBakery Visual Composer, TrueMAG – Shortcodes, TrueMAG – Movie, Slider Revolution, Yoast SEO, WP-PageNavi, Video Thumbnails, Advanced Random Posts Widget

Visual Composer is included in the package so you don’t need to buy separately. Make sure you have download and install latest version of theme and plugins, which supports WordPress 4.5

Hi, i don’t know why but the logos i setup in the theme options doesn’t show in Safari. Instead it displays the TrueMag Logo. In Chrome and Firefox everything works fine. ?When i check it with the safari developer tools it shows the correct link and image… ?Could you please have a look at my website? ok, i found out that this is a problem with retina displays. no matter which browser. it just does not display the retina_logo. in safari and firefox it displays the true mag logo and in chrome it displays the none retina logo. still don’t know how to fix this.
so finally i got it! maybe anyone is interested in the solution: in the file page-templates/demo-no-header.php on line 53 there is a wrong url. it should be <?php echo ot_get_option(‘retina_logo’); ?> instead of <?php echo get_template_directory_uri() ?>/images/Logo-White-2X.png

Hi i have a few pre purchase questions im looking to set up a video site that is self hosted i wanted to find out. What security plugin will not conflict with this site. Are self hosted videos protected from people downloading them. What internal player is used and what feautres does it have. Can i add a watermark to my self hosted videos to brand them. Does this theme use a video uploader for self hosted videos.

- True Mag theme supports self-hosted video and you can upload to Media Upload of WordPress. After that, paste your video URL to Video FIle option of Post.
- In addition, you can add a logo for your video by using Video Ads plugin.
- For security plugin, we have not checked any security plugins yet. Please check, then you can tell us its result

Hello, I have installed buddypress plugin and everything is working fine except the following.
I have the buddypress login widget added to my main and home page sidebar. I also have a custom login page which I made in case the user enters the wrong password, the user will be redirected to that custom login page which also displays the “incorrect password” error message. The custom login page I have is from the “Login Page” template.
However, in my custom login page, I don’t want to see buddypress login widget in the sidebar. I’ve tried everything, but cannot get it to work. Please help me out.
Nevermind, I got it. It was the single page sidebar I had to edit.

you may look at http://mommaknowsbest.tv where the headline says “Celebrity Access Interviews!” – There some of the videos show Quick View but only the self hosted videos display properly in Quick View while the Youtube videos do not.

Quick View feature is supported on Smart Content Box shortcode or for category pages leading to your website, many positions have quick view.
You use YouTube video, it seems that Youtube video is built by Visual Composer > you do not have quick view feature.

Adf.ly code have a problem with truemag theme. When i added any adf.ly code (pop ads, website entry script, ....) to theme, all button has stop working, include button from Ultimate Shortcode, too.
There is an option in Theme Options > Blog > Show Feature Image or Video player in blog > choose Video Player

You can add this Custom CSS segment in Theme Options > General > Custom CSS:

But, please check carefully before this code segment is added. This code will modify your layout and it will get many errors on your website, so we cannot help you.
The best way is that you should find a freelancer developer to help you with this requirement.
