On my computer my logo image shrinks to a smaller size….any suggestions?

Note: The original photo you upload for your logo should be twice bigger than the one you want to be displayed on site, because of retina rule.
So, for example, if you want your logo displayed as 200×100 px, you should upload original photo as 400×200px.
And in Elated Options -> Header, you set the header height initially and on scroll if you use sticky header type, note that logo can\’t be displayed bigger than that height you set http://screencast.com/t/vGig07JYF so it will be restricted in height by the Header Height you have set.
So, for example, if you uploaded original logo 400×200, it should be displayed 200×100, but if you have set header height to 80px, then logo can not be displayed 200×100, but it will be more resized to fit into header that is 80px high!

Hi, I purchased your theme and I’ve installed. In the admin panel, when I select any page, It (the page) stays loading and loading and never loads the text box to edit content or ‘text’ or ‘visual’ even the ‘Visual composer’, so I can’t do anything on it, I can’t edit, modifiy content… nothing.

Please make sure you have the latest Moose 1.3.1 version, and Visual Composer 4.11.2.1 version. Also, it’s necessary to empty browser cache.
So:
-Update your theme first to newest version http://demo.elated-themes.com/moose-documentation/#!/getting_started_updating_moose
-Update Visual Composer plugin, go to Plugins section of your WP admin, deactivate and delete this plugin, then click on notification at the top of your WP admin to install and activate it again (make sure you have main Moose theme activated while doing this)
-Clear cache to remove cached issues since the problem was in script!
If the problem is still on after all this, contact our support at https://elated.ticksy.com for more help, and allow them WP admin access in a private ticket.

that’s the folder on your server, where all the installed themes stand. (wp-content/themes)
You can connect to it either through cPanel of your host, or using FTP client software (FileZilla for example)

Theme will not install. I have raised the upload limits as recommended on support posts, and plugins are deactivated. I have tried to install this theme on several different domains, on different hosts (Bluehost, GoDaddy, etc.). I see this has been a problem for other purchasers, and I have no response in 3 days through company website support. Please advise.

So I purchased the moose theme, downloaded it and uploaded to WordPress. I have now been locked out of Wordpress and my site is offline with the error code (HTTP 500 Internal Server Error). Most likely your memory_limit is too low, and you’ve got this problem. Try to increase it or contact your host for it.

Quick question for Moose theme – How do I remove the custom menu toggle on the top right? Also the sliders are not responsive for some reason. (Using graphic instead of background)

You can disable Side Area in admin > Elated Options > Header > Side Area > Enable Side Area
Regarding sliders, not sure what you mean by “Using graphic instead of background”, but if you are inserting image in content of slide, that image has it’s own responsive logic. You can write us on https://elated.ticksy.com/ and our support will see if they could help you about this.

Just purchased. Trying to import demo version 6, this is second time I’ve tried. It just hangs at 40% after 30 minutes of waiting. The media folder is filled with pics, but thats it. No pages, no menus. It appears your import doesn’t work on this theme. Suggestions? Yes I opened a ticket as well…

The imported demo menu does not match the Moose version
I successfully imported Moose7 demo data, but the homepage menu does not look like moose 7 live example. Do I need to download or import all versions? We advise all the users to keep the 4.4.2 version before we release official theme update for the compatibility with new WP.
If you’ve already updated, there is temporary FIX , because the new jQuery Version ( wp-includes/js/jquery ) in WP 4.5 causes the issues. Till to the update you can copy the old jQuery folder into wp-includes/js folder.

Rolling back to the 4.4.2 version of Jquery didn’t fix things. I even rolled back all the wordpress files to version 4.4.2. I’m basically stuck starting over at this point.

If you’re referring to portfolio lists : by default featured image of that item opens in a lightbox. And for each item, you can specify one custom image/video that will open in a lightbox from portfolio list instead of featured image http://screencast.com/t/6Jxnn56odbU
To see entire content, you need to go to single portfolio page. And there, you can set the images/videos to open in a lightbox as well, in Elated Options -> Portfolio -> Portfolio Single http://screencast.com/t/YqjX5Hvs

I mean for this page in example portfolio page “INFO HOVER NO SPACE FIVE COLUMNS WIDE”, can i make it that once u click any image it opens in a lightbox, not a new page? And in a lightbox it only shows the image, just bigger version.
Yes, you can enable lightbox on that page for all the items in a list – and the featured photo will open in a lightbox, or the one photo/video you choose for each portfolio item. You just can’t open more photos from single portfolio page there in the list, for them you need to go to single portfolio page.
