Hello, UX-themes! Great theme and support! Just checking to see if it’s ok to update. I’ve read some theme users are having issues. Should I wait or go ahead with the latest Wordpress, WooCommerce and theme updates?

Hi, its’ possible to collapse product category in responsive mode?

Fantastic theme!! Small one: The logo height is not the same as the header height, there is still space between the logo and the top/bottom of the header. Is it possible to change this so the logo height is exactly the same as the header height?

Hi there UX-themes. First of all, great theme. We are really digging it and cannot wait for some of the changes discussed for release in 3.0! That said, I do have one question regarding Quick View:

Our client has a product with varying subscription methods (i.e. monthly, every 3 months, every 6 months). In Quick View, the default method (monthly) does not work. It comes back with an error at the top of the screen “please choose your product options…” only works if you select one of the other non-default items.

The funny thing is that this works on the product pages just fine. Only giving us an error in QV.

Hello, Great theme. I would like to know to change the category display on the shop page(s). I have first made a product under category “Men” but since it is a unisex product I added it to the category “unisex” and made that the primary category. Though when I’m browsing on the shop pages under the image of the product it will still say “Men”.

How can I change this display to unisex or the primary category?

Hi. The new version has not fixed the problem with single images in the product.

I also updated to latest version of theme and now I can’t use product zoom (full image in lightbox view) when there is only 1 image.

It works when there are multiple images (gallery) for the product?!

I see now that the sub menu and the sub sub menu are shown underneath each other with no difference. How to add padding or margin to make difference between sub menu and sub sub menu?

I use Flatsome on two sites. Slight issue on the checkout page when using the mobile version with iPad and iPhone. The ‘State’ drop down box for delivery address does not drop down when it’s clicked once… the only way it drop’s down is if you press hold and release. Its only a small issue but I get customers email me from both business mentioning the problem.

I have the latest version of the theme, woo commerce and WP. But I think this was also an issue with 2.8.5

Love the theme – best theme out there, great work!

For anyone else wishing to have target blank on the Featured Box Shortcode and having difficulty, simply amend the code on line 28 and 56 of the featured box shortcode (in inc folder) to:
<?php if($link) { echo "<a href="$link" target="_blank">"; } ?></a> and it works a treat.
No thanks necessary.
