It depends where you want to put it and how big you want it to appear. Try to measure the size of the box where you plan to put the video approximately, and then you will know which one to buy.

We bought our videos on Videohive, and you will need webm, mp4 and ogv format. The resolution is 720p. So this is standard HD video format.

1) After installing Yoast SEO plugin the website menu is acting weird. When I click on Blog menu and again when I click back on the Home or any other menu items it does not load anything. (Currently I have deactivated the plugin)

1. Yoast SEO plugin should work correctly with our theme. Please open support ticket at https://mikado.ticksy.com/ and describe problem briefly, so our support agents can take a look whether the problem is related to theme, plugin, or something else.
2. To fix side area opener color put this code into Mikado Settings > General > Custom CSS field
header.dark:not(.sticky) .side_menu_button > a {

3. It shouldn’t appear on mobile devices at all, because side area is sort of help menu for Desktop devices.

When it comes to Yoast, it works fine with our theme. What may cause potential issue is something that ou support team should review. I suggest you to contact product manufacturer before renewing support, because problem might be on their side.

Guys, I am a big fan of Mikado themes and I am a repeat customer, I’ve built sites using Mikado ONE, Burst and Hornet. The problem is your ticketing system. It’s too long waiting for replies and when someone does reply if they ask a question and I respond straight away it takes another 2 days for a reply again.
I don’t think I can use Mikado anymore until you solve this issue because it’s so frustrating and stressful waiting.

On resolutions smaller than 768px because of lack of space, there is no way to have the same functionality as on desktop version, so this button for collapsing is hidden. Please, notice that all stuff cannot work on same way on mobile, due to the limiting factors of space. Thank you for understanding.

2. Our theme does not show stock quantity on Product Page by default. It will require some modifications of WooCommerce templates.

If you recently updated WordPress to version 4.5+ than those issues appeared because of conflict with jQuery. To fix this, all you should do is to update our theme and VC to latest versions. So, go to update our theme to version 1.2.1 and VC (came bundled) to version 4.11.2.1 and after this make sure your cache is cleared. Than everything should be working back fine.

Our demo site is quite huge content-wise, since the main point was on showing all the theme features. It’s not optimized for speed, but theme users should optimize their content and images of course, and with some other tips the speed can be on optimal level.

This error means that your php version is low!
You need to use 5.3 or newer, and it looks like you have the older one. http://php.net/manual/en/language.oop5.paamayim-nekudotayim.php Also, please note that WP is recommending 5.6 or newer!
So just contact your host and ask them to increase your php to 5.3 or higher.

We bought extended licence for Visual Composer, and included it into our theme. You can ignore the messages about additional activation you have in your WP admin. We will always provide updates for the plugin within theme update, and you can update it like we previously explained in the answer above.
