Your support has issues and I can’t log in.
I can not provide FTP, I can provide Wordpress admin access.
Does anyone here have a solution for search result issues ? When I search my website with the Ajax search (on top) the results appear on the very first page (home page) at the bottom of the page…. How do I get it so the result appears in an other page like a category page with sidebar and all filters ?
Also note for the author: I don’t want you guys having access to my website and fix the issue, I want a solution here so others can have it too… Or at least in your support system…

I think your CSS or theme settings not loaded properly. Please compile the default CSS of theme and plugin from Theme Options >> Skin >> Compile Default CSS section >> Click the save changes button first then please click the Theme CSS button and then click the Plugin CSS button to saved your all settings with the theme.

No changes happen when changing the header type or even the settings within the header background – cache is cleared and I still see no changes

I think that your server did not give permission to add / save the settings of the Theme Options. Basically, when you saved the theme options then it’s created the skin_1.css, Theme_1.CSS and plugin_1.CSS file inside the CSS folder, because of permission the theme is not able to create this file into your site. Please contact your server to change the permission of wp-content/themes/porto/CSS to 777.

I am Getting 404 in wp-admin area when trying to create page, post or modify menu or change the home page—- What Can I do?
First of all please check Optimal Server Requirements For Theme:
• Server Type: Linux with cPanel ( Bluehost hosting Recommended ) • PHP version = 5.4 or greater • Apache = 2.2 or greater • MySQL = 5.5 or greater • PHP Memory Limit = 256mb • PHP max_execution_time = 600 seconds • mod_rewrite Apache module = Enabled If you are installing through WordPress Theme section, make sure your PHP Upload File Size limit is 40MB, since the theme .zip file is around 40MB
Please make sure all above settings are correct on your server, before complaining about theme issues. You can contact your web hosting company.

we are trying to translate a site with wpml, but we are having trouble figuring out how to use it with porto to translate the information contained in “Menu Custom Content”, in “Welcome Message” and in “Contact Info”, because the fields for these texts are under theme options.

I just wanted to let you know that a plugin called WooThumbs – Awesome Product Imagery works perfectly with Porto for showing multiple variation images and changing the image group when a specific variation item is selected. WooCommerce Additional Variation Images was not compatible with Porto and I could not get it to work with their support. Something to keep in mind if anyone else asks about this feature or reads this post. Best part is WooThumbs is significantly less expensive in the Envato Marketplace.

They complain that the password need to be too hard to remember, because they had to put simbols like @! $#% and yet the password keeps doing the same error ” password too weak” .. i would like to let then put any password ..

1. There is no error we have found in the login page while creating the account. The strong password is recommended by Woocommerce default functionality to secure your data. You can create the strong password without theses special characters”@! $#%”. If you want to set the easy password you can set it there is no error.
2. You can not edit my account page fields. This page is using the default Woocommerce my account shortcode.

We recently update Wordpress to the latest version and also updated the Porto theme to latest version. After that, the image on a Woocommerce product page is not visible (it sizes the images to 0×0 pixels). Another issue is that the related products are not displayed anymore. Can you help us out?
