Please make sure that you updated the Visual Composer correctly. To do this, you should go to your plugins panel and delete the Visual Composer plugin. Then you should see a notification at the top of your screen that a required plugin needs to be installed. Install Visual Composer via this notification and you will receive the latest compatible version.

That’s exactly what it should set, it’s not an error, nothing to worry. For each row, set the unique anchor ID, and then in your menus, add Custom Links, that will target them.

For multi-page site, add custom links with the full URL to a specific page and with the desired navigation label. E.g. http://www.example.com/some-page/#anchor

And for one-page site add a Custom Link and enter the Anchor ID with the leading hash symbol (#) in the field labeled URL

This is caused by the WordPress update you’ve done, without updating the theme and Visual Composer to have the compatible versions.

Latest Hazel is 3.1 , and it includes Visual Composer 4.11.2.1

You can upgrade our theme by performing following steps:

Download latest theme zip file from ThemeForest Extract it and locate hazel.zip Extract hazel.zip and locate hazel folder Copy/Replace the content of hazel folder to /wp-content/themes/hazel folder of your web site.

Then update Visual Composer:

1. Please make sure main theme is activated while performing other steps

2. Go to Plugins page in your WordPress Dashboard, locate Visual Composer in the list, deactivate it and delete it

3. You will see message that required plugin is missing at the top of your WordPress Dashboard

4. Install the plugin and then activate it

and clear browser cache. It should be all fine now.

Alas, my support has expired. Just hoping it was a known issue since it was introduced by the latest theme update and apparently was fixed in the Stockholm theme in v2.5

No need for any further activation. As plugin is included with the theme, we had to purchase extended license in order to be able to include it. We are not allowed to share our extended license key, but you don’t need it. We will provide update of the plugin with the theme update Feel free to ignore this notification you have.

To remove social icons from header, go to Appearance -> Widgets, and remove the shortcodes from them from Header Bottom Right widget area.

Yes, some of the default Visual Composer shortcodes were removed, because we have created and included plenty of our own shortcodes we created for our theme.

If you need to re-enable some removed shortcode, submit a ticket to https://select.ticksy.com , and our support team will write you the instructions for that specific you want.

I made some changes to it (trying to fix it myself)....Can you tell the support team that I added a light grey background on 2 of the panels on the home page and added some css to keep the padding around the titles. It seems to me that the Visual Composer has a bug in the ‘Design Options’ when coming back from the Portfolio pages. I originally had the padding set in the Design Options but they seem to disappear when coming back. That’s why the title loose their padding and the dotted lines disappear.
