Exactly, the snapshot you showed doesnt show the full image of the pot. Why is that so?

if you look at http://pasteboard.co/Ishi0Yg.png you see how many JS errors in console you got. We suggest you to check if those files exist on your FTP because as you see, files can not be loaded.

thanks so much, I reloaded all the css files again, and it is working!! so what’s happen? I uploaded all the files through demo import tool, and it is working before. after I changed a logo size, the page is messed. how can I do to prevent it happen again?

We don’t know what was the problem exactly. But if you uploaded all files again and now all is good, it means those files weren’t on your FTP before.

Perhaps the problem is related to the correct jquery library with wordpress 4.5.1? I have the same problem with other plugins

we can not guarantee that moving social icons up will work as you wish but you can try to do this with and extra css:

#Header_creative #Action_bar { bottom: 300px !important; }

Please notice that’s the only way to move those icons up and there is no other workaround.

as you can see on our demo, WooCommerce sidebars works fine with BeTheme. If something does not work for you, it means you did it wrong on your end. So saying that it does not work, is not obviously not true.
