Hi, I have a problem with auto updates. I did everything like it is described user guide, but theme never updates automatically. Still after I updated theme manually to version 3.1.2 it still the same version. Am I doing something wrong? I’m using child theme. Maybe this is the problem? Thanks.

not in the demo content plugin, the zip contains just a folder wit txt files and the slider no xml files

Okay, thanks for your prompt response!
WARNING: none of the admin layout tabs appear in chrome, so it’s impossible to work with this theme now in chrome. So no ‘pencil’ icons appear either, so for example you cannot customize/edit anything in chrome.

Hello,when I upgrade my php version from 5.4 (native) to 5.6, I have problem with woocommerce, when buying a variable item, even if i choose the variable, it says “choose product option”. I raised my issue in woocommerce support, that says it’s for my theme. Also I updated The 7 to latest version and disabled all other plugins but not solved!

Magnific Popup does not shown images with ne new Firefox release 46.0.1. Did u work on a fix for that? The problem are the max-height Properity in img.mfp-img

Hello, wonderful theme! I am a photographer and I would like to ask if there are a couple of features before purchase: 1) Is there any form of photo proofing? If not, have you confirmed perhaps any compatibility with PixProof? 2) Can I hide some albums and password protect them as well?

1) The only real way to protect your photos it to watermark them. All other methods are just giving you an illusion of protection. The7 will work fine with most watermarking plugins.
2) Yes, absolutely.
Ok besides photo protection, I mean if there is any way implemented into the theme for photo proofing so that my clients can choose which photos they’d like to print. Thanks again!

There are no proofing tools in theme itself. We were not testing theme with PixProof plugin. But generally The7 is extremely plugins receptive.

1. Dedicated law firm demo is in the pipeline. But realistically, you can easily change the logo (to a law firm) on any corporate/business-oriented demo, and voila! – you have a law firm demo
2. The7 is fully compatible with Contact Form 7 plugin. It is free and will let you build almost any imaginable contact form.
Guys – my options when working on a page – don’t seem to be saving. For instance, at the top right when I am editing a page, if I choose to show the Screen Option called Fancy Title, I edit it, make changes like add a subtitle – then save the page…. the page don’t save these Fancy Title options and the Fancy Title screen option no longer shows ( I have to select it again to show from the top right)
I want to add a sub title but seemingly I cannot…. VERY frustrated here guys and I’ve just started out on this theme. Using latest version of both it and WP

Sure. They are everything listed on the theme description page + we recently added ConvertPlug. Premium Plugins: Visual Composer, Ultimate Addons, Slider Revolution, Layer Slider, Go Pricing tables, Convert plug. Free Plugins (technically they are not included into theme package, but available in Plugins > The7 Plugins section as “recommended”): WooCommerce, Contact Form 7, Recent Tweets.
Hi There. My support has run out and before I renew it, I would like to know if you will be able to help me identify where in the CSS files I would need to change the following:
1. Sidebar title alignment (want it centralised). 2. Changing fonts independently (theme admin panel only allows a few fonts to be changed).
Thanks. The theme admin panel is great, but it lacks real flexibility on what fonts you can change, especially their alignment. But wanted to check that this is something you’d be happy to help with if I renew my support.
