Hi Pirenko I return to contact you, for trouble with navigation, and can not see what the problem is, sometimes the web works perfectly in both languages (I have the WPML plugin) and others seem to not respond, stays on a page… or is very slow and does not change language menu when I change language etc Could take a look to see if something is wrong? the error is not constant and it disconcerts me thanks for your help!, many hours trying to detect where is this problem and do not get it

Hi theme – great theme! Just trying to add a background image to the footer – no matter what i configure on the screenshot below – no image shows through. It seems to default to “Footer background color” even if there’s no color value assigned!

The portfolio item has some options under the post content and you still have that video there (probably it is on the second slot of where you can insert images/videos). Select the video option and erase the code.

Is there a way that I can see the URL link of the portfolio item selected or viewed? If someone if looking at one of my portfolio items wants to share that specific item with a link without having to navigate to the main site or gallery. Currently, when I click on a portfolio item, in the browser I can only see the main domain.

Hello! I love the theme. However, I am having an issue with the mobile menu on the iPhone 6. You cannot click it, so the mobile menu does not work.

We need an option to change the “Assignment” and “Client” names as per images in Portfolio popup page.
You can change those strings to whatever you want under Theme Options>Translations tab. You also have 3 extra slots for custom fields.
These fields are limited to text so you can’t use images. If you need to have some sort of imagery on the right side you can add them to the post content (they will be displayed above the Client and Assignment strings).

Actually I want to change Image as well as details for every sliding.
For Example Open Credai Portfolio: In first Image Slide – Credai – Client Name is Credai, Second Image Slide – MapmyGenomy – Client Name is also Credai. but i want to change that to MapmyGenomy. and all Images have seperate Client Names.
It seems that you need to customize the theme to achieve that. You can edit that page content on the single-pirenko_portfolios.php file. Cheers!

If you are having trouble with the theme contact form, probably your hosting company is blocking sending emails via the wp_mail function. You should get in touch with them to remove this restriction.
You can also try and install the free plugin Contact Form 7 that has alternative ways to send emails.

We have www.milagrosrestaurante.com (Pulse Theme 2.1, Visual Composer 4.11.2.1)
Pulse is very wonderful, we love it, but we have a bad experience with it, may be we are the problem but a pay theme must be easy to work.
First at all it is a very slow work to update all, it seems too heavy or any similar problem. Always we have problems in any update theme with visual composer. When we buy your theme you don´t say nothing about it is better or needed to buy Visual Composer too.
Actually we don´t have Restaurant Page (our home page)clean like first, it´s appear visual composer code, it is present in posts when we share the post in social networks too. Here is an example, this code is in visual or html window:

First important thing: you don’t need to buy any license of Visual Composer. The theme will provide all the necessary updates.
About the error that you are getting: it seems that you don’t have the latest theme and plugin versions (looks like that you updated the theme, but not the bundled plugins).
