Love your theme using it since ages. I have purchased it three times. For the first time I encounter a problem concerning WPML. All my translations have been kicked out of the google index. Now I put them in again and it worked for pages. Blogposts are still not being indexed. Please take a look into this, because this is friendly put very very problematic.

Our security system is a bit trigger-happy and will lock account if there’s at least slightest threat of brute-force attack. Locks my account constantly as well

I’m sorry if the issue I indicated sounded exaggerated. There are 3 reports (including mine) of the same issue in the Envato marketplace. Both of the other two indicate to submit a ticket – but do not provide a solution in the response.
My initial support period on the theme just expired before I actually started working on the site using this theme and I am hesitant to renew it if this becomes the tip of a larger iceberg of issues.
Is there a quick solution that can be shared on the marketplace comments so the user community can benefit from the knowledge base?

I updated to newest theme – I updated to newest wp version. Website was built months ago and Im using child theme. After update everything is broken on the website. It is just showing VC shortcodes. This is very embarrassing for my clients as they asked me for a simple update but I could not do it with out updated.

Hello – I am creating a multi-vendor site and have uploaded the WC Vendor Pro Plugin. For some reason, this theme doesn’t allow one of it’s tabs ‘Branding’ – which allows customers to upload their logo and cover pic for their shop. I know it is something to do with the theme, as when I deactivate it and activate another theme, the ‘Branding’ tab appears. Is this something you can help me fix … or am I best to change themes (which I really don’t want to have to do

Found a bug. Since support has ended – just share information When you create a page with template “Blog-list” and displaying posts using ajax pagination, then the information on the 2nd and following pages will be no processing of the Visual composer (to display shortcodes).

The theme works almost to perfection, the only thing that’s bothering me is that the images do not show up in Safari, all the other browsers work fine, this is important because almost all my customers use safari to review and use the site and can’t see the full experience.
Please advise on what to do or how to fix this. I am using the latest version of the theme.
