Hi Pirenko, just a quick query, hopefully an easy one. All the left hand margins seem to have vanished on my website. The text is sitting right next to my left hand menu bar. There used to be a nice spacing. Is there a setting somewhere to adjust it? Many thanks, Anne

Hi Pirenko, I am having an issue with theme or plugin. Everything was working perfectly yesterday, but I visited my site earlier today and none of the posts or pages are loading. I was told by a developer that it was a plugin that’s installed, so I contacted plugin author and they agreed it was their plugin, and sent me a code to update to main.min.js file, but still posts and pages are not loading. Also, when I use a different theme, everything works, so I am unsure if it is still the plugin or theme. I will mail you privately with login information in case you might need it. Hello, I am very happy with the Samba theme we chose for our new website but having some problems with Visual Composer missing some elements (for instance the Custom Heading) since the new WP update. I have bought Visual Composer separately, and asked them to check the problem first. I have also installed the latest Samba theme. Their response was “there is a visual composer related code present in your theme added my the theme author which you will have to get rid of” they advice I ask you for help as I don’t want to loose your extra elements.

Hi Pirenko. May I ask what exactly you changed in the last update concerning the script loads : Changed child theme main scripts loading (it is now from parent theme by default) I use two different child themes to react differently by using custom scripts. It would be really useful for me to get the child theme script load back. Thank you !

For some reason images in an image carousel aren’t visible. the UL with class=”prk_carousel” also has an inline style of style=”opacity: 0;”. Any idea why that is happening?

Hi, my website was hacked weeks ago, and I found all my pages cannot be viewed. I re-install the wordpress and this theme, it shows that I have to purchase the license of the visual composer. May I know what cause this problem? And do you know how can I recover all my pages of my website? I have all original website files, database and wordpress backup xml file. Can you tell me how can I get the previous website back? Thank you very much!

first of all let me tell you how happy I am with the Samba theme I purchased. Setting up was fun and easy and it simply looks awesome!

Unfortunately, I came across a problem with a plugin called WP Project Manager PRO. It has a frontend function which I would like to use so my clients don’t ever see the Wordpress backend. The first site of the Project Manager shows fine, but if you click anything the next page is empty except for the page’s title. I contacted their support and after some back and forth they concluded that it’s probably due to an conflict with the visual composer that they are unable to fix. Could you maybe have a look at this? Maybe there is an easy fix that they are overlooking? Is it possible to have the visual composer not be active on the project managers frontend page?

If this is outside the scope of the usual support, could you fix it as a paid customization?

Is there any recommendation or suggestion you can give on how to upload a website from local machine to server?

Since downloading the theme, I have installed it on my local machine to learn how to use it and I have now made quite a few changes (plus several blog entries, with images etc); it would be a pain to replicate everything manually!

Hi Pirenko, I’ve just purchased and installed Visual Composer Mega Pack – Addons and Templates, and have redesigned my homepage. However, when I visit the homepage, the page is now blank. All pages are blank on website, and I do not know what’s going on. This has started after the plugin install. Would you happen to know? Hi, I bought the theme as it had a nice side menu with iframe style page load. The problem I’m having is that I don’t want my menu to reload every time the user selects a page. How do I avoid that? The demo version on themeforest works perfect thus the reason for buying it. Thanks
