I know this is over whelming for you all as an agency. I have full confidence that you will resolve these issues. I think the best solution is fix the one button demo since that is your premier feature. The next step for me is requesting a refund. I feel like a fool because nothing works on this theme.
Can you please take a look at support ticket #4344? I bought your theme yesterday and couldn’t even start working on it because the demo install doesn’t work properly. Hi there! I have my purchase code. I’m not sure where to find the “admin account”. Are you referring to my Envato account? I want to upload the “One button Demo Content” but it says “There is a error. Please contact our support staff. “..... So, here I am contacting the support staff lol. Is this something that needs to be handled internally? The support tickets are not convenient for the people that purchased your theme with support. Our jobs literally depends on themes working properly. If there is anything you can do, please let me know. I see the support tickets are way to backed up for the developer.

I did. And it took someone until 11:30PM to respond. Even then, you only asked for my purchase code. Guess what… look above. Right next to my name there are two graphics. One says PURCHASED. The other says SUPPORTED.
If you can’t offer a simple way to change logo size (because very few companies use a one-letter logo, you know…) then at least respond quickly and efficiently when asked.
