Looks like the new Magento (2.0.6) update from yesterday (5/17/2016) breaks the Porto theme. Everything compiles just fine etc just a lot of errors slowing the site down to a halt. Tried it on an upgrade from Magento 2.0.4 to 2.0.6 and on a clean installation of Magento 2.0.6 – same results. Just an FYI.

Please dont install Porto theme on magento 2.0.6 at this time. We are going to release new version of Porto which is fully compatible with this Magento version.

Thank you. Looking forward to this. We’re still running 2.1.0 (Porto version) with the latest fixes from 2.2.0 + js etc. So far everything is running great on M2.0.6 though unless you have specific fixes planned. We had to upgrade Magento due to security issues (anyone still running Magento 2.0.5 and below should watch their site like a hawk).

Hello, after installed your Porto Theme in Magento 2.0.4, I created some categories and then I ordered them. The problem is that in frontend on the vertical categories trees, the categories don’t follow the order I gave them, but the order with wich were created. How can I order them with the order I prefer?
UPDATE: Sorry, that was my fault..! Now the categories appear in the right order.

Magento 2, porto latest version
I editted some custom CSS in de settings of the theme.
On the server the file is correctly changed. /pub/media/porto/configed/settings_default.css
But when I refresh the website, nothing is happening. When I check the file in the browser (chrome / IE / firefox) the old version. (without the added css is there)
Do I need to something also then disableing the cache. Also removed the cache.
Any idea why it is not updating the css file in the browser?

Is there a way to use the constrainOnly option also for the eatalarge product gallery?
Because it forces the images smaller than ratio to be larger at least the ratio width. And it become stretched.
Example: The ratio width is 600px. The image width is 300px.
In the product view page I see the Image with 600px of width, I should see it 300px.

I’m sorry I won’t buy a support for a thing that should be used as default. This reflect the poor quality of this theme. I also had to modify all the pages because they made hundreds of unnecessary queries.

I buy it and support expired.But I never use or install it now.I m try to install demo only not asking support.also here is no Quick install for Magento 2 also.Worried now about service.Better buy another Magento 2 Theme. Note: It was my 1st support request.

on the magento 2 demo shown 11 styles of home page, are they included in the distribution and I can configure to any of 11 style.

I’m using magento2. Having issues with the adding to cart from category view.
After select color/size and add to cart from category view. Redirect to the details pages with validation error saying select color and size. From the detailed item view color/size and add to car is working. Just not from the category view.

Hi, I am just about to purchase this theme but have a concern about installation. Previously purchased themes have had MySQL db dumps with sizes far exceeding the hosting allowed file size etc and a requirement for SSH access which some hosting will not give. Can you please advise what the db file size for import is and is SSH absolutely required for installation to be successful?
My concern is I will have endless issues with installation as experienced with other Magento quick start themes. Thanks
