Hello, I purchased the Nuvo theme last year and last week I paid for another 6 months of support. I have an active support ticket (#post-75953) in the CMSsuperheroes forum, but I can’t log in and when I clicked on lost password and entered my email address it says that my email address is not in the system. I can’t reply to your support email as it is from no-reply and I can’t login to your support system. Can you please help me?
I was able to login by going to the cmssuperheroes home page, but I could not log in from the forum once I was timed out.

I deleted it and tried to reinstall it but I am now getting a 403 error page when I try to reinstall it from Appearance > Install Plugins.
I have now even uninstalled wordpress and re-installed the theme and the plugin still can’t be installed.
Please purchase support theme, and we can send you link download ( include your email here ) your issue 403 from your server cant download file from 3rd server

I just installed NUVO theme and installed and activated all required plugins but in Revolution Slider dashboard, it shows “plugin not activated” Why ? And in the WP Plugins list, Revolution Slider plugin shows this message : ” Activate Slider Revolution for Premium Benefits. There are 3 or 4 of your themes that I would like to present to a few clients. I work with 30 or 40 restaurants as well as a non profit for healthy eating. Would you be able to set up a demo of the sites that I can localize the geos and present? I have a affiliate account with themeforest as well if that helps.
Very nice job on the restaurant and organic themes. If the plugins support reservations and or delivery notifications I am sure i can take 10 or 20 providing that you can assist with image content , images

Hello, I bought there is already a year the theme. The Visual Composer plugin is 4.11.2 release. I recently tried to change a page with the plugin. We are have a Wordpress website with the Nuvo theme installed. The memory on the web server is maxing out when any changes are made on the site.
The website was previously on a web server with more resources and did not have any issues. The issues started when the website was moved to a basic web server.
