When you import demo site – you will get completely the same site like our demo imported , including all the images.
But note that the images we use on our demo sites are copyrighted, and if you’d like to publish them on your live site, you would need to purchase them separately. We bought most of our images on Shutterstock.

Hi Elated. Couple of queries if I may 1. Trying to add the param ‘autoplay’ to the testimonials slider (Owl Carousel) – added params in the custom js field but it has no effect. Any pointers? 2. Checking VC’s Role Manager and disabling control of the Grid Builder, I still see no VC Grid Builder element available for use. The Media Grid elements are some of the most useful and powerful VC elements going. Any pointers? Thanks in advance.

All the theme labels are marked and translate-ready, so you can safely use WPML plugin yes.
Some css will only be necessary for language switcher in header, and our support can help with it.

Cannot see the social share in action on tany of the blog posts in the demo. Can you point me to one, in case I’ve missed it? Despite enabling sharing on our local copy (in Elated Options > Social), nothing shows. Can you offer guidance? Thanks.

By default design of Chandelier theme, the share was not included for this theme. The option remained in WP admin from our framework, but does not have effect because templates don’t use share in Chandelier.
So, you could either use some plugin for this, or contact our support at https://elated.ticksy.com , and they can help you to include social share for single posts, here’s an example of the site they’ve recently done for one of the users http://thenetworksolution.it/wordpress/lorem-ipsum-3/

No need to pay anything, Visual Composer comes included within our theme.
Make sure first that you have the latest version of Chandelier theme (1.2)
If you don’t, update the theme first: http://chandelier.elated-themes.com/documentation/#!/getting_started_updating_chandelier
After you have the latest version, you can update Visual Composer to the latest version we have included – 4.11.1
To do that, go to Plugins section of your WP admin, deactivate and delete this plugin, then click on notification at the top of your WP admin to install and activate it again (make sure you have main Chandelier theme activated while doing this). That way you will get the latest included version.
After it, empty browser cache.
It should be all fine again then. If you still have problems , please submit a private ticket to https://elated.ticksy.com , with a link to your site and WP admin access, and our support agents will check this.

It is probably due to WP compatibility and new jQuery version. We have updated the theme on April 13th (version 1.2) and added WP 4.5 compatibility. You need to update the theme. If you have already done this, you can write us on https://elated.ticksy.com/ and our support will help you.

I have imported the demos and I am using the Visual Composer. Some animated elements are not working. The percentage in progress bar does not appear. The pie chart does not appear at all. The slider does not show anything. Am I missing something?

I updated the theme yesterday, and all plugins and VC. Emptied my cache, and it still does it. I think it is a conditional style somewhere having to do with the larger screen size, header heights, title height, etc, but I cannot find it.

I am working my site locally. I noticed that my Chandelier theme is the latest(1.2), yet it is packaged with an old VC plugin. VC says you need to update the plug in for me, or I’d have to buy it myself to have it automatically update.The version of VC in the latest theme update is V 4.9.1 and the current one is 4.11.12. Please update the plug in for this theme.

1.2 is the latest version of Chandelier. It includes Visual Composer 4.11.1
To update to that version:
just go to Plugins section in your WP admin, deactivate and delete it, and you will get a notification to install and activate it again. That way you will update the plugin.
We will include 4.11.2 that just came our two days ago in all our themes soon in next updates.
