However if you want a bit faster plugins updates, some locked features, exclusive content, dedicated support or just want to support their authors – you are more then welcome to purchase dedicated licenses.
Please explain in mode details this update: “2. Improvement: Royal Slider is removed from theme core and replaced by standard scroller/slider engine.”. I am using Porthole slider as page header, with click to video option (one image, slideshow paused). It will break when update to 3.6.2? thx!

Hey! no issue. Just hope to be the same after update. If I am using default settings for porthole (royal slider), after update to 3.7.0 my porthotel slide will be the same? Giving the fact that in 3.7.0, “Royal Slider is removed from theme core and replaced by standard scroller/slider engine.”
We’ve re-created porthole slider on our own engine (same that used for all other sliders and slideshows) so it’s safe to update. But please keep a backup. Just in case
Is it possible to update the theme to the latest version of meta-box? It is causing issues with some plugins for me.

Purchased this theme in 2013. The Slider Revolution doesn’t work because I have to activate it with my purchase code that I got from The 7. But whenever I fill the purchase code that I got from you guys, it doesn’t work. Tells me the code is invalid.

This plugin used to have the revolution slider in it though. That is what I purchased, why has it been removed?

Hi after updating to 7.3 my page doesn’t show products at all. Is that a known issue or should I open a support ticket? It shows the headings though for rows.
OK, this is strange – after I clone the page it displayes shop items created with VC, the moment I set this page as a shop page in WOOCommerce settings – the page goes planc and doesn’t show vc elements and other default display of shop items.

Hello Support Team.
In my server for tests, I got into the theme options section, clicked on “customize existing design”, and then i’ve changed the font.
After that, all the website became out of its original configuration and I cant set it back the way it was.
the URL for the test server is this. the URL for the original site is this.
As you can see, the main nav is all messed up, so is the font and layout of the page. and I cant change it on the theme options.
Can you please give me some advice or solution for that? I am getting the backup files from the original site but it takes too long to do that every time the site breaks.
