Hi, i want to use your FABULOUS theme as a social bookmarking site. It is looking perfect for it but still I have 3 pre-sale queries:
1. In the Front End posting, I want a section for Page URL so when any visitor submit the post then that mentioned url should display in the post content. Is this provision can i get from your theme? 2. Is it possible to filter the posts in the Top, Recent , Most Viewed order? 3. Is this theme provides 100% flexibility to customize it any manner? In the future, we have a plan to completely revamp it to give users full (our developed) social bookmarking features.
Hoping to get answer quickly as my final purchasing decision depends upon your answers.

1. Yes, it is really simple and if you have PHP knowledge then you can achieve this in approximately 10 – 15 minutes and we will guide you about the procedure.
2. You can use almost all wordpress built-in WP_Query sorting options for more detail please check the following link

we haven’t not tested visual composer with this theme because of built-in layout builder but I think it will work fine if you select full width layout as by doing so the built-in layout builder will be replaced with VC.

few question before purchasing:
1) when will you do facebook and twitter logins?
2) I can’t see anywhere where you have explained how the following and followers work from the front landing page. I know when you go to your profile you see followers and following tab and can see all their postings. What I want to know is on the front page after the user logs on do they see their posts first and then below all the posts from users they have follow? Is this how it works?
3) Does the layout do pinterest style masonry layout with uneven width size boxs and rectangles?
4) lots of people are complaining about their support tickets going ignored and this is troubling for any new purchaser as we require a quick response. Should I be worried?
5) As owner of the blog and main author do my posts appear first on the landing page and then timeline postings from other users? Ideally the way I would like to see the landing page layout would be every user follows me automatically so my postings will me timeline on their landing page and then all other users posting which they follow
6) Do you charge for any help with customisation of the theme after sales has been concluded?

When I upload a short video (say 15 seconds or less), it takes literally minutes to load the video. Is this normal?
This is the worst suppport of any theme i have ever bought. Its too bad as it’s a great theme but without support I can’t get my website going. Will be looking for another theme. Can i get a refund please?

As already stated that we give regular support through our ticket system and because of that you had delay in response.
it’s totally depend on the size of the video instead of time, for example if you have HD video then it’s size will be higher than the normal video, so it is totally normal.

I just need an option to disable or enable users posting. Other functions like messaging, liking sharing enabled for all. Example, a platform for teachers who can post, everyone else can join discussions but can’t post. Maybe you have similar function already integrated?

Unfortunately, this option is not already developed but there is a way to allow only certain role of users in your case its teachers to submit posts only.
