It’s because we moved all custom post types to a separate plugin

I managed to update from 7.2 to 7.3 all is well except that there is a thin black bar on the top of the site that was not there before. How do I remove this thin black line from the top

Theme is 100% clean. Otherwise it would be rejected by Envato.
I strongly recommend to check your PC for viruses. It’s highly possible that something alters .zip-files and adds viruses to it.
I Love your theme and so does my client. I have a quick pre purchase question. My client would like to buy the theme but wants to know if they can rename the it to there business theme so that anybody looking won’t know what is it built in. is this possible and how does it them effect any updates that you make to the theme.

Yes, it is possible to de-brand The7 easily. But in this case you’ll need to perform every theme update manually.

It’s a bit tricky Envato requires authors to use TGM plugin activator. It’s not that easy to perform the update automatically with it. We’re currently working on it.

Yes. I strongly recommend to perform a full site backup using “All in one WP migration”.

Hello Dream-Theme, I would like to know if there is an option to use a horizontal (advanced) caroussel for the team option in visual composer to display. The standard option for a team display on a page or post is that the team members will be displayed horizontally but without a caroussel option? Is it possible or perhaps an idea to show it with a caroussel option the same way as in the sidebar widget?

I’m not sure I understood correctly what you mean by “caroussel” – there IS a multipurpose scroller in Ultimate Addons that will work fine for this purpose..
Hi, I can’t find the multi purpose scroller in Ultimate Addons, but I can the ‘advanced carousel’. I assume we are talking about the same thing. I made a test page using the advanced carousel option and placed the team option inside. As you can see, the team will be shown vertically instead of horizontally.

I sort of figured it out.
The team member option works best if you enter 1 in the options ‘items to show’ of the advanced carousel settings. As far as the team member settings go: You have to make sure that the number in the columns setting (in my case 5) matches with the number in the option “Number of team members to show”. They both have to be 5 to display a decent horizontal bar. Furthermore, I placed “team members” three times in the advanced carousel to show 15 members, with 5 members being displayed each time.
There is no other way to make a great scroller for the team members aside the team members widget that has a automatic scrolling option. Maybe you can implement it in the near future?

I purchased this theme yesterday and I’m unable to use any of the demo content. It requires both the Visual Composer and the Ultimate VC Addons to use. When I install and activate both of these plugins I receive a fatal error message and I’m unable to access my website. I have to go to my files manger to delete one of them in order for the site to work. When I have one or the other installed and activated, it works just fine.
Is there a fix for this or a reason it would be doing this?

We use the template for several weeks to complete satisfaction. we use in several places the masonry media grid. Unfortunately it is not possible only once the lightbox will open to save the image with the right mouse button. it would be really nice is to adapt this this actually possible?

Lightbox is a third party jQuery plugin. Because of how it works, it will not be possible to make those images “save-able” easily

Hello! i’ve been using this theme in a custom named folder ex.: ../templates/system everything is working fine but when i try to upload and use the child theme wp shows me an error message telling me that “dt-the7 is not found” how can i fix that?
