The issue comes from cod modification you change which we can’t support on that part. This type of customization is a bit more complex and is not covered under normal theme support. If you check our theme demo site on IE, it’s working fine.

Hi, the contact form is not working and does not send emails. Looking at the error that is shown there is a reference to www.gallyapp.com which fails.
I’m running the latest version but this seems to be a bug. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

I have been having this issue, and it has yet to be resolved, and my other tickets would go ignored and then get deleted. (when I contacted multiple times before my so called “support” expired) All I simply want to know is, where to find the added code (that I can provide a screen shot for) (that was not added by me BTW) this way I can update it with a new img scr URL for an updated photo that will show in the Facebook preview whenever I post my website URL on Facebook.
I will not renew my support, because I tried for a year to get this issue resolved through ThemeGoods, and that added some code to make a preview appear but all they did was screen shot my homepage at the time, and I just want to update that screen shot/file to show more recent stuff. When I asked for a update as it was supposed to be forwarded, they closed the ticket, and every new ticket I opened after that all the way until March 1st, they would delete. (I opened 9 new tickets between Feb 15, 2016 to March 1,2016)

We checked your tickets and some of them are disabled because you opened multiple tickets for the same question. The ticket is not about custom function you want to add to theme which we have already suggest plugin for you.
And if you read the ticket, the plugin does not work, and will not work for this theme. So you can see what was done where a code was added, and all I’m asking is where this code was placed so I can update the image that is being used.
My drag and drop functionality in gallery section is not working. Tried on Firefox and Chrome. Deleted all Plug-Ins. Please help.

Hi. I’m looking to buy this theme, but before I purchase I have a few questions? - can I deactivate the reflections from the pictures in the gallery? - is it possible to have some pictures with roll overs in the portfolio? Looking for before&after in some of them - is it responsive?

Hello. I’m ready to buy your theme. (The SOHO one, which is well-made, isn’t a fit for me, my style.) I have one crucial question though. I would need that ONE single page named “Client access” would lead, depending on what password you enter, to a various (unlimited) number of different galleries. See what I mean ? I absolutely don’t want one password field for one gallery and thus ONE link for ONE gallery… Cheers.

I was adding a photo to one of my galleries on my site. JUST ONE photo where there was already 44 photos on the page and when I uploaded that ONE photo all the other photos got deleted. WHY? I can’t seem to get those photos back. I didn’t select delete all or anything like that all I did was upload and hit update and now they are all gone. I updated my wordpress recently and now I can’t add links, see my media library, or insert media, I have tried disabling plugins and none of them seemed to effect it. I also disable the Core theme and activated 2011 theme that comes with Wordpress which fixed all the issues, but of course didn’t give me the look I love with this theme. I hope someone can help me please.
