Hello, I set the demo on the theme and afterwards the icons are not showing up on the site. Please see the attached screenshot for the missing icons.
How Do I change the favicon? I checked the documentation but can not find favicon function at the General > Design Style.

2. Favicon should be set in Appearance -> Customize -> Site Identity -> Site Icon.

Fix for “Enable navigation through same category won’t display navigation arrows in portfolio”
For anyone wondering why enabling such option make navigation arrows disappearing from the bottom of the portfolio page, there is a fix.
You need to open file chandelier/framework/modules/portfolio/templates/single/parts/navigation.php with a FTP editor and replace the string portfolio_category with portfolio-category (notice the dash) at lines 14 and 30. Maybe the coder made a typo.

I see a social share but where is the option to FOLLOW US? On your Contact Page in Chandelier there is FOLLOW US but I can’t connect my accounts in any way. I would also love to have follow us in a header area as well.

Unfortunately there is no way to directly let users follow you from the website, but you could use the Icon shortcode to create social media icons and link them directly to your social media pages, where users could follow your accounts. You could also add these icons into the header by copying the icon shortcode and pasting it into a text widget placed in the “right from main menu” widget area.

It says that theme is supported but it doesn’t feel like. If you on a tight schedule with your site take this under consideration when buying this theme. I sent out an email to support 4 or 5 days ago, realized I should probably get this through ticket so I did two days ago again but #776422 is still without any answers.

You can change the slide duration in the slider shortcode set on your page. To do this, visit the page the slider is on from the backned and look for the Slider Shortcode field. Inside this field just change the “slide_animation_timeout” value (this is in milliseconds, so 6000 is 6 seconds).

Hi there, I purchased and installed the latest version of the Chandelier theme, along with demo content. I noticed that the main menu is not showing, it only appears when the window is resized. This issue appears on Chrome and Firefox.
I browsed through your comments and seems that some other users also have this problem. This is your reply:
“Just got feedback from colleagues in support team, one issue from tickets as well. Agents have found that from some reason CSS animations in charge of menu appearance were not executed due to unknown reason since we’re unable to reproduce it on any machine (Mac, Win 7, 8 and 10) and any modern browser. However, fix was fairly simple custom CSS snippet. If this issue happens for you, our support team will provide css fix to have yourmenu shown, nothing to worry.”
