I’ve contacted my hosting provider and they said there’s no problem with their server and that I should contact the developer of the template. I’ve opened a support ticket concerning this. I never expected the setting up of the template to be this complicated. Please fix this soon enough as I need the website up and running as soon as possible. Thanks.

The room pages are a custom type of posts, so you should be able to translate them just like you translate posts. For fields like amenities or gallery, you need to configure them individually, as this is how WPML translates custom fields. does the theme has RTL support?

The theme is not designed for RTL languages, it could work, but we do not guarantee compatibility with it, as design issues could appear. All the best.
I like this theme but google doesn’t seem to like it because of the render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content. Without changing anything to the original theme it has 28 scripts and 16 css not loading asynchronously or are blocking the above the folder content. I have tried 3 of the most popular caching plugins but they all break your theme. Even just minifying css will break your theme. What is your suggestion to be able to fix this problem, I bought the theme as I thought it was well coded was I wrong?

There is no problem with the theme code 
Our theme is built in respect of all ThemeForest Guidelines and Requirements ( https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/202822450-WordPress-Theme-Submission-Requirements ) and all scripts and styles must be included in the theme with the native WP functionality; which by default places CSS in the header. As for the JS, our theme proprietary JS files are all in the footers as WP allows that for JS files. Despite some very few theme css files in the header the rest of the CSS & JS files are WordPress default or plugin files.

PS: Not using the native WP functionality to add css files will make the theme unacceptable in the marketplace as every theme is individually reviewed by Envato Staff and they do not allow any hacks in this are.

Updating the theme will not affect your settings in the Customizer. If you update from a very old version, that does not have options recently added, you might have to do some small customizations, but almost everything should be there. All the best.
