Hi, I have activated the mega menu (wide menu) however there are no separators for the links as shown in your demo. If I don’t use the wide mega menu the separators are there. How can I make the separators show up in the wide menu?

Really like the look and feel of your theme. I have a project I’m working on that I believe your theme may be perfect for however I have a few pre-sale questions related to your info cards element:
1. Can info cards be presented in full-width format? In your demo at http://demo.elated-themes.com/moose1/info-cards/ the info cards are not full width of browser.
2. Can each info card have a unique colored background? In your demo all the text info cards appear to have the same orange/salmon colored background.
3. Can the spacing between info cards be controlled to be wider or thinner?

1. Yes of course, we’ve just set them to be in grid on demo.
2. By default, one color is set for all text info cards. But you can have different colors with some css that we can help with.
3. Yes, there’s the option for it.

I would like to use your Moose theme to give me a head start. But before I purchase the theme, I have a couple quick questions mostly surrounding your Layout Editor.
1) As long as I have the programming skills, can I add(code) new shortcodes/elements ? …. Is there anything in your theme would prevent me?
2) Is your code well documented?
3) Does your Layout Editor basically generate the HTML code and drop it into the body content? Is that code accessible/editable from the front end?

1. Nothing that would prevent you of course. Only coding skills are required, but you can of course include your own shortcodes into Visual Composer (we included plenty of ours , we created for this theme)
2. Yes, our theme comes with detailed documentation for it’s features. And our code is clean and highest quality.
3.Basically yes. Some powerful shortcodes use scripts as well. You can’t edit that code directly from the front-end. In your back-end you fill in the settings for each element, and based on that the code is rendered.

Hello, I am signed in but I can’t see it anyway. As I said to you yesterday, I can see my other private ticket (problems with carousels ) and that’s private too. That means that I’m signed in, otherwise I wouldn’t see it. But I don’t see the one I sent you two days ago. I don’t know why I can’t see it but I really need to! We are not sure why you are facing with that issue on ticksy. So, as our support member suggested you there, try to disable page transitions in Elated Options -> General and set them to No animation. If you need further assistance, please, make another ticket, so we could try with conversation there again.

Love the theme, but needs some updates especially in the speed and optimisation area, this theme has had great sucess and im suprised the author hasnt followed suit to other theme developers and provided large updates and optimisations. Any plans?

Is there a way to rename the portfolio and project meta? I want to use this for a historical archive…but need to rename the “Portfolio” to “Collection” and “Project” fields in each portfolio item to “Item”.

In Elated Options -> Portfolio -> you can change portfolio-item slug from the url of single portfolio http://screencast.com/t/HEVuJfRz
And Project Description and Project Details labels can be changed of course to your desired text.
Depending on the portfolio type you’re using, for example, in wp-content\\themes\\moose\\templates\\portfolio\\portfolio-big-images.php (and all other portfolio single types you use) , just write your own words instead of portfolio description and portfolio details

Actually…sorry to bug you again. Is it possible to add additional custom meta to each portfolio item (for instance what the object is, size, etc.)? I used the Advanced Custom Fields plugin to create it in the backend… https://wordpress.org/plugins/advanced-custom-fields/ But I didn’t know how to add my custom meta to the portfolio page template so it shows on the front end?

recently I noticed that your theme has a conflict with yoast seo plugin in chrome and explorer: if you try to click on the logo to come back to homepage every link crash: you can’t click on any other menu link and you must refresh page in order to do anything.
It doesn’t happen in firefox.
Pleasa let me know the way to fix this problem: I need to complete and publish the new site as soon as possible!

We don’t have this problem reported with YOAST, although we haven’t officially tested this plugin within our theme.
