Hi, is it possible to center vertically the content of an row?
Surely, please, try to navigate to Row Settings > General > Full height row and select ‘Yes’, then please select the Columns position to ‘Middle’.
there is also an option to align the content vertically if you enable the Equal Height Columns in Row Settings > General .

is it possible to do the same on only one column? I have a row with 2 columns and I need one of them to have the content vertically centered.
The vertical align option works for all columns but you can also try to use spacers for the column you need to align.

You can easily change the Portfolio URL slug in Theme options.
Please, navigate to Theme options > Portfolio options > Portfolio URL slug and insert the word which you’d like to have instead of ‘my-product’.
Please do not forget to save permalinks in Settings -> Permalinks section after changing this option.

I think it may be a configuration matter, since the homepage was imported and the new one I’m starting from scratch.

Most probably, the row with the slider on the page you’ve created from scratch is set to default.
Please, navigate to Row settings > General > Select Content Width and set full width content. Please, check your page after this.

Hi – I’ve installed demo fifteenth however it doesn’t look anything like the demo on your website. Looks more like a blog. I sent an email last night and did get a reply from your team who offered to install it for me. So I emailed my details but I haven’t heard back and the website still does not resemble demo fifteenth. Not sure if they have tried to fix it or if this is as good as it gets as no one is replying to my emails now. Could someone please let me know if there’s a glitch with this demo?

If you buy the theme, and have some issues with page speed, you can optimize the images on your site, also you can use the caching plugin, enable gzip compression etc. so that the speed time will be increased.

Hello. Iv’e developed a website with your theme. I worked very hard on the settings so Id’e the perfect set-up for my website. After completing it, I took the DB and replaced all the instances with the old domain to the new one. After the transfer, I suddenly see that all my settings are gone.
I still have the old files of the theme. Id’e like to know where are the original settings and how come me changing the database and completing the file transfer didn’t fully work. Everything went through except for the theme’s settings (“Theme Options”).

The theme options value is wp_options table of database. It’s not a problem if you kept the original database. The easiest way to get to page backend is to click Edit page in Wordpress admin bar at the top of the page if you are logged in and checking the frontend of the page you need. You can also go to Pages -> All pages, find the page you need (it will be marked as a fron page). We can mail you step-by-step instruction with screenshots if you want.

Hi great theme, so many options. BUT it keeps dropping its settings on me. I’ll get everything just about right in the options and then suddenly it reverts everything back to the start.
It’s happened twice so far this afternoon and set me back hours on a site that has to be live today!
