You can ignore this messages, we bought extended licence for all these plugins we included into our theme, to have rights to share them with users. We can’t give you purchase code because of rules and policy of themeforest, we will always update the plugins in theme updates. So you can ignore these notifications about additional activation. The latest version of VC will be included in next theme update.

Which theme version and VC version do you have? Make sure you’re using Latest Hazel 3.1 along with Visual Composer 4.11.2.1 , it should work properly then.

Are you referring to the contact form fields placeholders (name, last name, email, website)? You can either use poedit software, to translate theme labels (that’s the recommended way), or change them manually in this file: wp-content/themes/hazel/contact-page.php

Like explained – Hazel 3.1 and Visual Composer 4.11.2.1 , current available combination is tested and stable with latest WordPress.
All the users are using it. You haven’t told us what exactly is wrong with your VC. The best solution is for our support to login to your admin and check this, but it requires you to submit ticket

I would like to submit a ticket but it will cost us $40 to fix this small problem which we have no idea why it happened. Are you able to help without a ticket?

Also will you be releasing a theme version with the newest visual composer version, 4.12 ? Perhaps that may fix the problem.
We are working on updates for all our themes, and VC 4.12 will be included in it. Does your console reports some error when you try to edit rows in back-end?
No I do not get an error. The row just collapses up and does not allow me to press the save button.
Try re-updating the theme and VC plugin,and disabling third party plugins you use. If nothing helps, our support really needs to check this from your WP admin. And new theme update should be out soon with latest VC included as well.
It looks like the plugin “Easy tables (VC)” may have been causing the conflict. Do you know how I may still use this plugin with the theme?

It could be that some third party plugin you are using is in conflict with ajax script. Try to enable page transitions, but deactivate all third party plugins and test this again.

There is no way to have video opening as featured image. But you could embed video with iFrame and add it Raw HTML element. Maybe that could be helpful to achieve desired layout.

Can you please check your theme and Visual Composer versions, and make sure you have Hazel 3.1 and VC 4.11.2.1 , and that you deleted all the cache.
If the issue is still on, try disabling third-party plugins, to see if some of them is maybe causing this issue.

You could try to remove all unnecessary stuff from your installation. But there could be several reasons what is causing big size of your DB.
