I notice that in blog or portfolio post thumbnail (grid or masonry) views with videos that there is just an image thumbnail – not the ability to click and play a video. Is this just part of your demo samples, or is this the way the theme is written? Kinda need to be able to play the tiny video preview or have it pop to a lightbox or something rather than having to click through to open the post and see it there.

Does my question make sense?

Hello, Really like the theme.

1) I have a 3rd party plugin – Massive Addons. I see others have had issues with Ultimate Addons and your advice was to turn off any of the row/column options of that plugin.

Cool. I don’t want to use those anyway. That’s best handled by the theme. But I do have about 20 pages where I’ve built some timeline-looking charts with connecting lines using their info box or process box tool.

Would you anticipate any problems with a plugin like this if I stay away from row/column options they can add?

2) Anybody using something like W3 Total cache on your theme? Your page load times are good, but like everyone I need even better! – Wifi access on my campus in class is poor so every bit helps!

I am having trouble in visual composer with the background options either resetting or not applying.

It’s probably a bug and it seems to be limited to colour / image, but I have no idea how to fix it.

There appears to be an issue with instagram app. it’s disappeared from our footer section. When we try logging back in to retrieve access token, we’re seeing this error: {“code”: 403, “error_type”: “OAuthForbiddenException”, “error_message”: “You are not a sandbox user of this client”}

I read online and found this alert from instagram/developer/sandbox page

“Important Apps created on or after Nov 17, 2015 can take advantage of Sandbox mode right away. Apps created before this date will only be able to use Sandbox mode after June 1, 2016, but can still start submitting for review. On June 1, 2016 any app that has not been reviewed and approved will be set to sandbox mode.”

Do you guys need to add us as sandbox user? Please help asap. Thanks.
