While setting up the theme and having done too much work, for some reason I lost most of the settings and several other problems appeared. Has this happened to any one else ? known problem ?

I have recently purchased your theme because of how clean it looks. However, I am having some major issues importing the demo content. I want to install all of the demo content, but the little black bar as show on your info does not show ‘import all demo content’ instead, I get one at the bottom of the sample pages, saying install blog etc.
When clicked, I just get a long pause before an error 404. Same goes for importing content via wordpress importer.
I have deleted and made a clean install of wordpress on serval occasions, even using the two previous versions since wp4.5, but the same thing happens.
I just want all of the demo content, so I can pick and choose the layouts that I like the best….....it’s so frustrating. Please can you help.

How do I import ALL page demos (about/services/folio/contact/shop etc) – when I use importer panel it only imports the home page.

Hi – I have a couple of pre-sales questions. Does Ronneby support more than the 5 social network’s illustrated in the Demo and if not would it be reasonably easy to integrate third-party plugin? Secondly any reason why it wouldn’t work as wordpress network/multisite sub site? Thanks, Phil
Plus does it come with any sample database data and/or images? I just find it easier to work with a theme when I can set it up like the demo and just substitute the content. Cheers, Phil

1. There is a list of 20+ social networks available in theme by default and we also can add networks on request, that’s not a problem.

I have purchased this theme 2 times, once for my home jobs and another time for my freelance work. Both times, different computers, different servers, different internet service, and i have the same problem on both>>> The theme has a delay. it takes me twice as long to work on these sites because of a delay in the theme/visual composer updating. It constantly pauses. Please advise what I can do to fix this. Thanks.

Hi, your theme is really nice but one thing go worng for me, i imported demo content for creatuve model agency but i received this warning: “news_page_slider plugin is not active!” I don’t have an exact copy like demo online, i have no menu, different photo and the vertical slider doesn’t work. (i think for warning?!)

As for the News slider, don’t worry about that message, we didn’t use news slider for any of the demos available at the moment (we did for earlier versions with are deprecated and not available for preview or installation). We are testing our theme on compatibilit with php7, so we are not sure about total compatibility but we haven’t faced issues yet (there was one we thought about compatibility issue but it became a server database connetion timeout). As for the plugins we are not sure but we are going to get in touch with the developers to fid that out.
