I installed the yoast plugin to write post snippets, it worked very well but only one did not, it is the homepage that appears in google, for google despite that I wrote the snippet, they do not appear also I get an error on google webmaster tools.

Hi, Is it possible to add links to different time positions of the video at the post content? I mean, just like YouTube does when you add at description, for instance, “01:35”, it makes a link automatically to minute 1 second 35 of the video. I have long videos with different sections that I wish to link from the content or any other way.

Unfortunately, True Mag doesn’t support this function now. However, you can divide your video to different sections by using Start Time and End Time options as an alternative.
Open your long video post and scroll down to find: YouTube Video starts at/YouTube Video ends at option then input your time. Do similarly with a copy of your video post to have other video parts.
In addition, we will consider if we can add this function to TrueMag.

Hello,
First, thank you for this great theme. I love it. The concept of my website is to show teasers of videos and only members can access to the full video. When you access to the teaser, there is a button to access to the full video. That means that for one video there is 2 files : the teaser and the full video.
I try to know what is the best way to do that with this theme. I tried with the “series” function but it is not what I really want.
Maybe add a button “full video” (with a link to the full video page) on the player on the teaser page. But how to do this?

You could try to use Button shortcode to add on your single video content page. But, unfortunately, our theme does not have any option to help you to have a permission between members and visitors.
The best way is to find a freelancer to help you with this requirement.

Playlist issue – could there be a bug in the styling code? When there are more than 3 videos in the playlist, the scroll-down arrow is hidden behind the 4th video in the background and hence cannot be used/is practically invisible. When looking at the example on your site – http://truemag.cactusthemes.com/members/vantrimaster/playlist/
the scroll down arrow is on top of the last video in the box and can be used for scrolling. Also, when hovering with mouse over any of the videos in the playlist, in your example, this hovering highlights the yellow box around the video in the playlist – nothing happens in my case. Could this be some plugin incompatibility issue or something coming from your side? Thank you.

My support is expired but basic functionality of TrueMag theme has stopped working after wordpress update. Posting videos with Youtube URL results in error 404 page. As soon as I click on post or update a video with youtube URL. Instead of post edit page I get error 404. In my php.ini I have also tried setting max_input_vars as 3000 still same issue. Kindly fix the bug. I am using theme version 4.2.8

My videos are appearing blurry in the thumbnails of the frontpage’s posts section. They are high-resolution videos and appear fine everywhere else. They appear with high-quality thumbnails in the header section. What’s wrong?

1> Absolutely, you can add Revolution Slider on your page by following these steps: - Open your page > Scroll down you will see Front Page Settings > Header Style : Sidebar. - Go to Appearance > Widgets > Drag & Drop Revolution Slider to Home Sidebar position.
2> In order to insert videos in the carousel on homepage, you can go to your page > on Front Page Settings, you will see Header – Items IDs > enter your post IDs here or enter your categories IDs on Header – Categories (ID or slug.)

When I create playlist as per documentation, each post/video from the playlist appears with a playlist sidebar when opened from the playlist menu/playlist page. However, when the post is opened from home page, it does not display the playlist sidebar. Is this how it should work and I need to create “playlist” menus? I was hoping that each post/video when opened from the homepage would open with a playlist sidebar once assigned to a playlist. Please confirm or let me know if things should work differently and I am missing something. Thank you.

Unfortunately, TrueMag theme does not support this feature. The post layout with Playlist player only appears when a post from Playlist listing is opened.
TrueMag theme has Playlist listing to show all playlists on your site. If needed, you could add that page as frontpage by:
- Going to Dashboard > Cactus playlist settings > Playlist listing page: Choose your page.
- Adding that page as front page on Dashboard > Settings > Reading > Front page displays > A static page: choose your page.
You could go to single post by clicking two times with this way (post with playlist player)
