Since updating this theme to 3.8.0, the DT Testimonial Slider is blank. The testimonials slider content only appears on the front-end if I am signed into wp-admin.
This problem was caused by the cache plugin WP Fastest Cache. Once uninstalled, the problem disappeared.

Technically theme will work perfectly fine without installing Visual Composer and Ultimate addons. However, most of the demos that you see on our website are build using those plugins. So you’ll not be able to take advantage of ready-made demo content..

OK… i updatet wordpress and Theme… and everyting works FANTASTIC like before… (only one issue with the mermory limit, but I solved it in which I have enabled and disabled several plugins) Thanks a lot

Got this problems after update: Revolution Slider Error: You have some jquery.js library include that comes after the revolution files js include. This includes make eliminates the revolution slider libraries, and make it not work.
To fix it you can: 1. In the Slider Settings -> Troubleshooting set option: Put JS Includes To Body option to true. 2. Find the double jquery.js include and remove it.
The solution doenst work!

Hi! Latest theme ver. here. I have serious (at least for me) problem. I know how to use Custom CSS in theme options. I customized theme to my liking. However i have problem with Custom Form 7 button styling. I added my own class to ThemeOptions Custom CSS. When creating new Contact form i made sure that Submit button have and-is “calling” correct class.
I add Custom form 7 to a page and publish it. It’s working but styling not working.
However for some reason The7 default style.css always owerwrite my class. And because of that my CustomForm7 button always have The7 CSS theming. Meaning it is iOs type of button. In other words The7 Custom CSS is working ok globally but not for Contact form 7 custom classes…For some reason no matter which custom CSS code i add, Contact Form 7 button is always defined by the option in Them Options – The7 – buttons page.
Tried everything. Custom classes, everything..
You said Custom form 7 plugin is supported. I can not ask at your support because 6 month passed. I see you are claiming here that you are supporting people even when their support passed. If they don’t abuse you. Well i asked one question in 60 days. Yet when i asked about specific issue your support person told me that i need to purchase additional support. Well that does not seem fair to me. Especially since your theme should have CF7 compatibility.
Please provide me answer here because by your claim this should work and i think it’s fair that you provide solution to that.

Hhehe that’s paradox isn’t it. You did not even read what i wrote. I tried to contact you over support help desk yet you told me there that i need to purchase support since 6 month passed.
Here you are claiming that you are offering support even past 6 months if user does not abuse you. Well certainly i am not abusing you since i asked one question. So what are my options…well i solved this on my own.

I have installed the theme on a fresh copy of WordPress but I’m getting the following error messages after activating slider revolution plugin (with debug mode switched on) :

I’ve tried setting CHMOD for that folder to 777 but the problem persists. Any ideas?

Is there documentation for how to make a single image, when clicked, open a video in a lightbox? I have the “video URL” set to my youtube link but none of the options in the “single image” settings are working to make it open the video in the lightbox instead of the image or another custom link. I must be doing something wrong but cannot figure out what.

I get over 200 Errors and Warnings.
On my site that is using this Theme, I get 201 Errors / Warnings. I purchased this Theme not too long ago, so I am still under Support and I am running the latest release.
These Errors / Warnings effect how Search Engines index a site.
Please update the theme so your demo passes validation.

Nobody cares about validation nowadays. Moreover as soon as you add a YouTube video or a Google map to your pristine valid page, it will return hundreds of validation errors.
By itself The7 IS valid. However as soon as you start installing plugins there will be more and more validation errors.

I have read and experienced that the Search Engine bots/crawlers/spiders will stop indexing a site with excessive validation errors, especially Fatal Errors on ‘a’ tags.
You might want to talk to the Yoast guy about “Nobody cares about validation nowadays.
Also, according to another Design, theme/templates must be validated before being sold on Themeforest.
So obviously somebody still cares about validation.
Search engines gives zero … about how walid the site code is. Look at googles own code and you’ll realize that worlds biggest web trendsetter dropped the concept of valid pages long ago.
Besides as I said earlier The7 without plugins is valid HTML5.
