How do I update the theme? Is there a KEY or something that I can give you from the code so that you can send me update ZIP folder? Please advise?

Hello! I have been having a weird bug problem i guess. I cannot see the “share” “follow” button on my desktop but can see and access the same when i see the website through my phone. I am not sure since when the problem surfaced. But i guess, its after the wordpress update. Have forwarded the screens at support@uxthemes.com with title “bug issue..” from cartntoons@gmail.com. Hoping to find the solution for the same soon. Thanks a lot..

Hello, I installed Flatsome a few mins ago and things are going well. Only problem is I can’t see the page builder button. I checked theme options> global and it seems to be enabled. Any ideas?

After an update to 2.9.x and email templates have problems when sending to an email hosted on office365. They came as broken layout (part of it below): Test Site = = Thank you for your order = <= !-- End Header --> <= /tr>

when emailed to Gmail they are displayed properly

Products ux-slider and quick view functionality. After upgrading to 2.9.x I’m not able to override lightbox pop-up with

Great theme! I am enjoying it so far. Very easy to work with.

I too had a problem with a double lightbox. (I am using a third party plugin for a photo gallery that also uses a lightbox.) I edited the theme.js file as another user suggested, which worked. You just have to comment out the Gallery Lightbox section. (The code is pasted below for others who may also be having an issue.)

If there is anyway that lightbox can easily be turned on and off in a future version, that would be much appreciated! Otherwise, five stars from me!

I think there might be bug in your theme when using the WooCommerce Layer Navigation Widget. If you choose Query-type: OR – it still adds the different options and search querys instead of only letting you choose one. Any way to fix this? Thanks

There is a problem with the images on the catalog page. The images are normally rectangular – but if you add a variable product where there is a price range from let’s say 5-10€ – the images gets scaled down to a square image. Is it possible to integrate a facebook page feed into the main body of a page?

We are having an issue with putting a ux_slider into a custom tab on a product page. The ux_slider works great when we put it into the description but has issues when put into any other tab. The first image in the slider shows up but the navigation is gone. You can click-and-drag to change it to the next slide but the image does not change, only the content of the slide changes.

Would you please add an option in ux shop shortcodes in Page Builder to add a link in elements? For example, when we use ux_bestseller shop shortcode, click on a text like “see more” and we go to an specific URL like a category page.
