Lets say we have 4 products in our slider and one of the products .flickity-slider p.name is to long, it will extend the height on that product alone. Is there any chance you could add the feature, that all of the products change height, if one of them has a longer p.name ? think it might look better. Guess this might also be the same question for normal product names in the category page. Let me know if its poorly written and ill show a picture
I am having the same issue as @alechang and @41orchard. To quote @41orchard:
“I use Flatsome on two sites. Slight issue on the checkout page when using the mobile version with iPad and iPhone. The ‘State’ drop down box for delivery address does not drop down when it’s clicked once… the only way it drop’s down is if you press hold and release. Its only a small issue but I get customers email me from both business mentioning the problem.”

Hey, Im trying to figure out some odd behaviour I am seeing with the drop down menu.
When I do something like:
ul.header-nav .nav-dropdown > ul > li.menu-parent-item { width: 186px !important; }
To increase the width of the columns in the drop down… it works perfectly. However, if I try to adjust only one column where I have set a specific class, for instance:
ul.header-nav .nav-dropdown > ul > li.bycollection { width: 250px !important; }
Two things happen:
The .nav-dropdown div converts to no-arrow and it gets assigned a specific width (in my case 790px), and gets aligned to the right by absolute positioning (right: 0) so it does not show up exactly underneath the menu I hovered.
This ONLY happens when I try to change the width of ONE of the columns independent from the others, I have 3 menu columns and 1 image column, however the amount of columns does not appear to play a role here since it also happens with only 3 menu columns and no image column.
I’ve worked around it for now by just adjusting the width globally to all columns but I would like to be able to modify just one of the columns and retain the arrows and the normal width of the container.

hey hover zoom not working properly on products with multiple images…losing corner edges of images…

image is properly shown in box but on hover zoom shows zooming till some point after that image in box shown…because of that edges of few products wont able to see on hover zoom. working perfectly with single image products…
dont know but may be due to left right swipe icons on image…hope u will fix that
Feature Request: On variable products,, it would be great if you could add an optional popup / tooltip that says “please choose all options” when a visitor tries to click the “buy” button before choosing all options.
We often see visitors reporting a broken “buy” button, when it’s clear that they just forgot to choose all options. They don’t realize the slightly different color of the button. Expecially since they don’t have a direct comparison – plus they don’t understand the meaning of the slightly different color, so they think the button is broken and abort the shopping trip. Not good A Tooltip would help!

I get 1 Warning on the Banner, 1 Error, 2 ‘a’ tag Errors and 1 Fatal Error because of the ‘a’ tag Error.
Those ‘a’ tag errors can cause Search Engine robots/crawlers to STOP indexing a site. I am using this theme on a site and having issues getting it to index properly.
Please update the theme so your demo passes validation.

Hi there,
That is happening because the banners have link on the main image AND the buttons on top of it. This works perfect, but the validators don’t like it. You can easily fix this by removing the link from the banner images and keep links only on the buttons.

Hi, i try to install the theme and all the plugins included. After i activate all the plugins the website crashed and I received a 500 internal server error..
This happens whenever I try to install the ninja form plugin and activating it. After the ninja form plugin is activated, the site crashes… I also can’t import the dummy demo data XML file or the other tar file as it crashes the site as well…

Ok, could you try contact your host about it? I don’t think this is a theme problem. Installing a plugin like Ninja form should not be a problem.
I’m able to install and activate the ninja form after increasing the memory limit to 256M and the execution time to 300. However, when I try to improve the dummy data it’ll crash and says connection reset. I tried both versions of the XML data and the tar file one…
Ok, I think you need a better host or a upgrade. WooCommerce, WordPress and Flatsome requires a bit server resources.

We really like the checkout portion of your theme, the single page. We’re currently using another theme that we’ve set up everything for. How hard would it be to get your checkout portion for the woocommerce part to work with our current (Fox) theme? We don’t mind purchasing the entire theme is necessary, but how dependent is the checkout folder? and could we integrate it easy enough with our current theme?
