Hi, I like the theme so much. Just wondering about 3 things:
1. Noticing that there’re 3 versions of this theme, the Medical Clinic, Health Coach and the another one, also each theme has different style of display, does it mean I will get 3 demo content to copy as the basis of my web?
2. Seeing the display on the Medical Clinic and Health Coach (each has its own character), does it mean that we can customize the theme color? If so, is it based on RGB or CMYK?
3. How many blog can be ideally displayed in our blog page?

3. We cannot clearly understand your question. You can select one page as the Blog default page and add as many posts and post categories as you wish.

Sorry for not being clear enough at the third question. What I mean is I saw the blog page in the demo site display some sample blog, I’m simply wondering if I have hundred blogs how these will be displayed? Is it going to be displayed in one page or can be divided into several pages? If it can be divided, then how many blogs can be actually displayed in one page?

Hello, this is a native Wordpress functionality.
You can set it through Settings > Reading > Blog pages show at most, and you can select to display as many posts per page as you wish.

First off, thanks for helping to fix my slider recently. Now I am having a very minor but annoying problem. Just below the slider, in the folding section, there is a little tab that says “more.” How do you change the color for the “more” tab. Mine is stuck on black. Thanks!
Hello, there is a “Button Styling” setting appear when selecting to display button, you can choose your color from the drop-down menu. If you notice that this setting doesn’t change your front end layout, create a new page and add teaser box shortcode again, you will normally be ok.

Hello, when you select “Yes” on “Display Button on Bottom” field there are two more fields appear, “Buton Text” and “Button Styling”.
How come when I add my logo to top header it shrinks in size? How do I add header so that it remains the same size as demo header. Thank you.
Your header height is the sum of the “Logo Image Max Height” and 2X “Vertical Margin”. You can find those on Theme Options > Header > Main Section // Logo
Okay, great. I asked about this the other day and I’m still having trouble. I cannot not find the location of the “more” tab that pops up in teaser boxes. I have no idea where to change the button styling. Could you please tell me exactly where to find this setting. Thank you.
When you edit a teaserbox in visual composer (click the pencil icon on the green tab that appears when you hover on the teaserbox), there is a setting near the bottom that says “DISPLAY BUTTON ON BOTTOM”. If you turn this to Yes, 2 more options appear: “BUTTON TEXT” and “BUTTON STYLING”. You can change the color from the “BUTTON STYLING” setting there.

I am trying to change the formatting of the Teaser boxes. I have been though the individual teaser boxes to see the details and the theme options with no luck.
I want to:
• Make the “More” button show all the time (not just on mouse over) • Edit the “More” box styling.. i.e. text size and button size. • Change the size of the title text (i have changed the size of H4 tag in the theme options and this does nothing.
Any suggestions?

Seemed to work.. The resizer for the Heading tags don’t work for me. I had to change the global setting for “Secondary Font Size Base”.
I have another issue..
I want to align the call to action properly.. (text on the left and box on the right).

Also.. I tried to overcome this issue by adding a full width button. BUT, if i add a PL button it has totally different styling outside of a call to action than inside it. AND I tried making a 3/4 – 1/4 column combination to overcome my alignment issues with the button in the call to action but… the styling was not the same in the standard column as the button inside the call to action column.
If I remove all subheadings and description text from the call to action the button does not have an option to vertical align to center with the heading text..
You also dont have a colour picker for the shade of colour I want buttons.. they are all pre-set. You should have it as a hex code so the colours in the site are congruent.
Possibly a “Copy styling from this element” could be helpful also.. as I have to open 2 browsers and compare the settings within each item to make sure they match and display the same..
So back to my issue.. how do I make the call to action look nice?

There are some real issues with padding and margins with your theme.
It is by far the most complicated way to have padding on the back end. There are literally 3 location in each content item where you can adjust padding and it is not clear what changes what!
I am going around in circles trying to make the padding and spacing correct but it is wasting my day. You gotta simplify these content modules guys..
I’ma rate you low for now. If you fix up these problems i’ll change my rating. % stars for how the theme looks. 2 stars for back end functionality. 3 stars overall.

“There are literally 3 location in each content item where you can adjust padding and it is not clear what changes what!”...we assume that you refer to the shortcode placement logic in Visual Composer back-end editor, where there are actually three key points for item placement: the row, the column and the final x item that you want to display.
The row/column system ( or simply the grid system ) is not a Plethora concept, rather than a common design pattern followed by the majority of WP theme authors ( read this article for more information ). Each row holds a number of columns while each column holds items added in it. A row’s spacing ( edited using its Design Options tab ), affects it’s positioning in relation to the rest rows. A column’s spacing ( again, edited using its Design Options tab ), affects it’s positioning in relation to the neighbor columns contained in the same row container. This functionality is considered a great advantage for those who might want to customize the theme’s structural spacing on some page layouts.
If you just needed to adjust some items’ spacing, there is no need to deal with row/column rather than edit each item’s “Design Options” in separate. The design options tab is rather straightforward, as it visualizes the item as a box and you just add margin and padding on the side where needed. Most of the shortcodes have their own “Design Options” tab and soon it will be available for all.
If any of the above was the source of your frustration, unfortunately we cannot just remove the “Design Options” functionality since the vast majority of our WP theme customers consider this as a must have one. If you are referring to something else that is not covered here, please elaborate some more on the actual source of the problem…a detailed description and some screenshots would help us to fully understand your issues and get out the most of it for future enhancements. Please note that we are always trying to keep the balance between 2 major theme design aspects: flexibility ( serving a wide range of niche variations ) and simplicity ( trying to keep things as minimal as possible ), so any feedback that will get us there is always welcome!

Have just noticed that when links are posted to a page using your theme shortcodes are generated and appear in the ‘post’ or link ie if a url were posted on Facebook. How can we stop this ie plethora…from being shown in a link or the shortcodes in question?
Is this related to a call re excerpt in php that is pulling in page source and shortcodes rather than just text?

Not quite sure which is the issue, I assume that you are having problems with the page information extracted ( title, description, image, etc. ) when you publish a link on Facebook ?
If this is the case here, you could use some open graph meta plugins that could help you control the look of your posts when published on social media ( Yoast is doing a great job with this, Facebook Open Graph, Google+ and Twitter Card Tags is another popular plugin that could also help you ).

The issue is the fact that the information extracted from the page or post includes the shortcode… shortcode and your theme name in the extracted information and not simply the title, text etc.
How can we remove the shortcode tag and your shortcode name from appearing? We don’t have this issue on other themes when posting a link.

Hello, I was just curious how I would go about customizing the drop down and mobile menu options.. I have my header/menu background set to black within the theme options area, but on mobile the menu has a white background but still picks up the light colour I used for the font making it impossible to read.. Any tips would be awesome!

If you wish to display it on the same line, you should change the Visual Composer grid to six columns instead of four that is the default setting and add two more teaser boxes.

If you have installed the latest HealthFlex update: on the PL buttons settings panel, set “Button Icon” value to “Yes”. Right After that, you will see an additional “Icon” tab on the top of the panel. Click that and you will see the options you are looking for.

Yes I have installed the latest version of the theme and when I go to the PL buttons settings I see the button Icon I select “Yes” and then the additional “Icon” appears but then on this tab I dont see any icons just a grey box and even when I search for a specific icon so I can add any icons to it
Apparently the Icon Libraries manager is not working as expected. This means, that most possibly you will experience this with other icon features too ( such as social icons, etc. ).
