I get an error message while trying to install the following recommended plugins: TrueMAG – Movie, TrueMAG – Shortcodes, TrueMAG Rating, and Truemag – Member.
The error message is: “Something went wrong with the plugin API.” Not sure how to get around this, can you help?

They are not free plugins on Wordpress repository. You need to install them manually via Plugin > Add New > Upload with the installation files packed in the Theme download package.

We will update Video Ads plugin to support direct link from that. However, please note that Video Ads supports direct video link using the default WordPress player NOT JW Player

Hi, I am working on a video sharing website. The website will allow users to register, upload videos and showcase their video portfolio. Each member will have their own profiles and can message each other (buddypress). Furthermore, the videos are categorized. Each users profile will show videos uploaded by him/her. Videos will be searchable by category, name etc. Each user will have his/her own web address to showcase his/her portfolio (his/her profile) and the address would be mysite.com/user
Is this theme perfect for all these features? I have gone through the features list and it seems it has them. but want to be sure before i make the purchase.

Does this mean non admin/author/editor can not upload videos? I want users to be able to create an account and, upload and share their own videos.

The default role for user has 5 levels: admin, author, editor, contributor and subscriber.
Only Subscriber can not create post and upload Video, but you can assign the permission for your user so they can upload Video and create post by themselves.
In addition, you can set default role for all your user when at Settings > General > New User Default Role

1. You can add this CSS code to Appearance > Theme Options > Custom CSS to hide the video duration in Categories pages.

2. Yes. From True Mage version 4.2.8, user can use Embed Code in Multi-links options for Video posts. Please check this image as an example: http://imgur.com/YHkEnzk

- Visual Composer is an included plugin in our theme package with extended license. You don’t need a direct license key to activate it and will receive its update in our theme package.
For example: We have update Visual Composer to the latest version in our previous release as you can see here: http://truemag.cactusthemes.com/release_log.html So please don’t mind about the notification and follow our release log to know about the Visual Composer update.

You do not need to do anything with the html code. In your post edit, just select the series for your post in the “Series” box on the right side. Theme will automatically create and display your post in episodes mode.

Hi, when I try to put a review rating of a certain amount of stars, there is no place to insert what the rating is, ie 50% etc. I have to create a new review criteria, add the points rating there, then delete the new, second review criteria to get the points to stick.
I’m wondering why there are no field to enter the point amounts for reviews?
