Your question is strictly addressed to support team if you can not find demo because any pre-built layout you see on splash page is obviously included into theme. So if you can not find it, means you need help because we need to log in and check what’s the reason.

nothing has changed between 13.4 and 13.5 about images so we are sure that theme is not the reason. We suggest to clear cache because this might be main reason.

good morning. okay, i will test where the problem comes from. so one possibility can exclude i use the ewww image optimizer and this for a long time, maybe i remember your support write hat your theme works with this plugin.

on this way i have a question for backup.

1. if i use theme options > backup option this lang text is only for the settings and options of the theme, right? i try this and some settings are missed after imported the text (for example google fonts settings)

2. if i exporte the content of the theme via tools > data export. the theme only export the content and widgets context are missed

have you a best practice of easier backup if you want to build up the same homepage complete in a simple way?

We didn’t tested BeTheme with this plugin so this can not be true that we said something like that.

1. Yes, this is how it works. If you will send us private message with with dashboard to both sites (the one where from we can export settings and the one where we can import) we may have a look on it.

2. Wordpress does not allow to export widgets and we do not have any impact on it at all. It depends on Wordpress only.

Yes, it works and http://pasteboard.co/1KoRkw52.png this is the proof of that. So if it doesn’t work on your end, it means you did something wrong or just got some errors in css section.

we are sorry but your question is confusing. Do you want to set background image for sticky header then or deactivate it? Because if you want to deactivate it, you can do this under Theme options > Header & Subheader > Header section.
