Button sizes not similar.

The button sizes of default buttons and button outlines are not similar. That’s a problem when both are used next to each other. Please see here for an example:

Hi, after the latest update 3.8.0, resizing the browser (Chrome and Firefox last version for Osx 10.11.5) from 1024px to breakpoint 640px, starts showing no content, empty. Tried on two different hosting and localhost, same issue. Cheers Renato

Hi, PRE-SALE question: Is it the Theme or the Server that is so slow in the demo? I’m citing the results from my computer and from pingdom.

Theme Options > Skins.

After having numerous issues with things not working after update and being advised that it wasn’t updated right or wrong versions I have created a new stage site, installed fresh install latest wordpress and 7 after following instructions on update. It all now works as in I can finally edit a page in VC however almost half the site is now unusable and broken as the setting names have changed new bits added and old bits taken away. After asking about their the advise of just rewrite the page isn’t really a productive answer.

Is the stance from The7 now a case of if it all works and is editable then you must rewrite all your site, custom css and restyle the whole thing ??? REALLY ?

Rather than the stock answer of raise a support ticket and then then stock answer from support being we need ftp and a login to then just reply with the stock answer of rewrite the page. Can someone give a better way of fixing this as it has killed the site.

We are really sorry about issues you are facing.

However, your site used version of The7 theme created 3 years ago. As time passed, theme changed a lot. Naturally when you upgrade from v.1 to v.3 you have to update your settings and content as well. If you do not have time to do it, you can either downgrade your WordPress version to 4.4 and keep using The7 v.1 OR ask out guys from Custom Shop to help you with the update for a fee: http://custom.dream-theme.com

I was going to purchase this but after reading all the problem comments…I think NOT! Engineers!!!!! Give me a break…it’s a WordPress theme.

The7 is a complex software that can be services under the hood only by a person who has very good skills in HTML/CSS/JavaScript/PHP and knowledge of the product itself. Our support guys are engineers with all the expertise, experience and salary. They are not your usual “turn it off and on again” support managers.

Therefore, I’m sorry, but your comment sounds very ignorant.

But we have 2 engineers on duty today. There’s a good chance that they will get back to you on the weekend (though it’s not guaranteed).

It’s not the browser cache. I submitted the ticket and included a log in for your engineers to take a look at things. I pretty much have everything working again except the slider revolution plug in. the sliders are not showing in the headers of the pages that have them. Also the responiveness isn’t formatting right on mobile devices.

I also have issue with Visual Composer plugin. Cannot edit any page, VC shows blank space in back-end editor. From couple of days ago I cannot get to /wp-admin too (only shows blank page). I found out, that it is caused by Revolution Slider and Visual composer. Any ideas what to do?

Hi, I have added API key as said in manual for Auto. Update…it is saying ’’You’re have most recent version of theme!’’ I use The 7.2 (1.0.2). I wanted to change VC config. however I can not see VC on my dashboard. Any ideas? Plugin is installed and activated….
