Very stylish and modern theme! Upset only one thing: the Demo content does not contain all those settings which are in the live Preview. Such as: a varied menu, display variations of product in categories and others. I have little experience and it makes it hard to figure out how to do what you want.

You can import “Flowers” demo and it will upload only home page with slider, no more any additional content will be added. Anyway you can find all XML files with pages source code in the folder basel/inc/dummy-content in case you want import them manually via the Tools -> Import -> WordPress in admin panel.

I really like this template, and I have presented my client suchas most optioned ( by far ) from 8 different demos .
But my client has quite a bit capricious requests , including wants :

2) That the images are smaller .

What I want to achieve exactly is simply to show alternative descriptions of the product by tabs It will be a store that sells audio equipment, microphones , speakers , cables … from different manufacturers, for each item will put a tab for general description, another to see demonstration videos , another to download the user manual, one for their stecnicas especificacione measures , color , weight …
But their response is great and a plugin like this serve me , ( https://www.woothemes.com/products/woocommerce-tab-manager/ ) clearly much cheaper , otherwise you ‘ll have to choose another theme or template. But if you tell me that I can peacefully achieve this result with a third party plugin in your theme , because I see no reason for my client does not approve.

1. We didn’t test this plugin with our theme. But you can try to use it with any other theme (even with default wordpress theme), and in case it works fine it will be compatible with our theme too.
2. Compare functionality comes from third-party plugin and we are not able to change it’s functionality.

You are able to edit Promo Popup text in admin panel / Theme Settings / Shop / Promo Popup. You can also create a HTML Block with Visual Composer and place it’s shortcode to the promo popup text field in Theme Settings.

1. “Sort By Popularity” sorts products by the total number of sales for each product.
2. Actually there is no such feature in our theme (like button for products). But it may be possible to add this with additional code customization.
3. Do you mean add link for the shop page with “Sort by popularity” filter is chosen to the top bar menu? Yes, it is possible.
4. Yes, you can create an affiliate store with this template.
5. Yes, you are able to place this button in wishlist too.

Pre-sale question – Can you have a full width section? For example 3 big blocks with different coloured backgrounds that stretch the entire width of the browser. And you could have text centered in each of the 3 blocks. It appears all the content is contained within a grid.

Unfortunately there is no such an option in our theme at the moment. The only one way is to place this element in product’s description and it will be shown in the Description tab on the single product page.

It seems that we just forget to set images sizes in on this page and it loads images with shop catalog size. Actually you can set images size by your own for any element through the site.

A few questions regarding different issues:
1. How can we add a full-width image where the shop title is displayed as in the ‘Alternative shop’ or ‘Masonry Grid’ Basel options? I would expect that once I set ‘ON’ in show title for shop page I would get the chance to add an image but I don’t. Where can I make this change?
2. Can we use different colors to style the sale/new/hot tags? How?
3. I would like to get a submenu structure as the one you have on the demo site when one hovers over the shop item so that I could include in different columns my product categories and slightly change the messages that you have about free shipping, buyer support and total security. Where do I need to go to set all these?
4. How can I place the cool sticky banner that you have for the cookies? Is that done through a VC element maybe??

1. You are able to upload your image while editing Shop page in admin panel -> Pages. Just upload it to the “Image for page heading” field.Then go to Theme Settings -> Shop -> Shop Page layout and enable Shop Title option here. You can also turn on “Masonry grid” in Theme Settings -> Shop. We can’t do this as a one option since customers may want to make different shop pages (for example turn on Masonry Grid but without page title etc.)

Thanks for the answers. I’m a bit closer to getting what I need…
1. I successfully uploaded the image for the page heading. Since the picture has several rather dark colors I changed both the heading and header text color to light (white). Now the problem I have is that when I select a product and go to the single product page (that has by defect a white header) I can’t see the text sinch it’s white as well. This is kind of a pain because… there’s no such Single Product Page at the Pages section from the admin panel from where I could change the text for this page to black or another dark color 
And it bothers me that the Single Product Page inherits the white color from the header and heading but it doesn’t inherit the image that I have for the Shop page heading… How could I sort this out?
2. I went to the Editor, to the style.css and replaced the colors as you told me to do but nothing changed. Is it that I need to go to another style sheet?? Why do you think it didn’t change? I would provide the website or credentials but at the moment I’m building up the site on local host…
3. Okaaaay. Let’s see. I went to the HTML Blocks section at the Admin Panel (right place?) and created a new html block with the content that you provided me. Then I went to Menus in appearance and was going to paste the block shortcode at the corresponding menu item (‘Shop’) but my surprise was that there is actually no description field as you point in your documentation image. 2. You don’t need to change original style.css file. Just add this code to Custom CSS section in Theme Settings in admin panel.
3. You need to check “Description” field to be shown. On this page you will see “Screen options” in the right top corner.

1. Probably I didn’t go straight to the point with this question and you didn’t understand what I was asking for. Basically my question is ‘Is it possible to customize the page settings of the Single Product Page or the way you customize the header and heading of the Shop Page will automatically be inherited by the Single Product Page header and heading without no chance to make changes?’ (which is what happens to me at the moment with the header and heading color at the Single Product Page. The background is white so you can’t see the letters).
3. I did so and copied the shortcut. This was the result: http://postimg.org/image/a4urgwc4b/ All the columns scrambled on top of each other. It seems as if the container wasn’t wide enough…
1. Do you use header overlap option for the shop page? What exactly elements that you change color schemes? Header and page heading? Or only header?
