Hi! Just go to desired page backend, and under the Edge Header section, set the color and tranparency, because it will not work until you set the color of the header.

Today I noticed that unordered lists (via the WYSIWYG editor) are displayed in a different color and font size Also when the text for a bullet point exceeds one line then it does not align neatly below the first line, but starts directly below a bullet point itself. How can I fix this? Probably a css tweak?

How can I make the header/menu transparent?

Can I have a transparent header and have page content not go into the header? Seems as though there is padding needed to ensure content sits underneath the header when it is transparent?

Hi, Love the theme it’s awesome thanks. I am having trouble with my Google Map loading.
It displays an error: Oops! Something went wrong.
Console shows errors:
Google Maps API warning: NoApiKeys https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/error-messages#no-api-keys
Google Maps API error: MissingKeyMapError https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/error-messages#missing-key-map-error
I couldn’t find anything in the documentation about installing a new map API key. Do I need to get one? If so, can you let me know which file I replace the current one on.

Connect to your server using FTP client, and navigate to wp-content/plugins folder.
Delete revslider folder you have there.
And then try installing the plugin again, either from the notice you’ve god in your WP admin, or manually, you can find the zip file for revolution slide inside theme folder -> includes -> plugins folder.

I purchased your theme a few months ago and I’m getting an error just in Chrome browser (Font from origin ‘http://www.raccoonstudio.us' has been blocked from loading by Cross-Origin Resource Sharing policy: No ‘Access-Control-Allow-Origin’ header is present on the requested resource. Origin ‘http://raccoonstudio.us' is therefore not allowed access.). I have been looking an answer on the web and every single person told me that error is after Chrome update in september, 2014. Please could you help me with that? the error is with the icon only the first time I opened my website, once is open I refresh my page and everything is ok. My website link: www.raccoonstudio.us. I’m trying to add a third row of Icons+text so I will have 9 in total. I am using http://node.edge-themes.com/ (Agency home) as my starting point. I have tried a few things but as soon as I have a third row in place it adds more whitespace between the second and third row, which makes everything seem unbalanced. Any ideas on how to fix this?
I accidentally found it! It was padding in the Row Settings > Design Options

All the pages and features that you can see there – completely the same, with all the images in their positions. So you can then easily change it with your content. Just note that the images we use on our demo sites are copyrighted, and if you’d like to keep them on your live site, you would need to purchase them separately. We bought most of our images on Shutterstock.

What about ‘Theme memory performance’? The theme is heavy for running on a hosting server? Because last time I had issues with 2 WP themes in the hosting server with memory issues.

Our theme is not heavy for running on a hosting server. All premium WordPress themes should work properly on shared servers that Themeforest recommends. You can check those performances and compare them with your hosting package.

I made another QA on the iPhone – Safari browser. I found some issues, I’ve attached a video screenshot. The site is moving without touching and is hard to view the site from smartphone because this a massive behavior for users.

Yes, you’re right. This is happening because of this typing out title at the top of the page. You can either disable it for mobiles, and use regular title, or set some min-height for this with some custom css or smaller font size, so it fits in the same row, so it’s not moving the rest of the content on mobiles.

Our support is working with you on your ticket. When it comes to the first part – there’s no direct option for disabling typing headline for mobiles, but we meant on adding one more same headline just under it, and then hiding it on bigger screens with some css, and showing it on mobiles, instead of typing out headline that you will hide on mobiles.

There could be several possible causes of this. Some other plugin you use might be in conflict with VC, or your memory might be exhausted, and this happens (that’s the most likely cause).
Consult your host, ask them to change your error log, and to increase your memory_limit if possible.
If the issue is still on, submit a private ticket to https://edge.ticksy.com with a link to your site, WP admin access, and FTP credentials and our support team will inspect further.
