The social Icons are created by pasting shortcodes for them in Text widget inside Left Menu Area widget area http://screencast.com/t/GI1GjMIp

Hello, I recently bought Moose theme. I uploaded the theme on my wordpress and followed all the instructions. I also downgrated wordpress in 4.5.2 version to make it work with the moose theme. Unfortunately, it appears that nothing is working, the theme is installed but the page shows up broken with htlm content everywhere. It looks like you haven’t installed/activated Visual Composer plugin? You should see a notification at the top of your WP admin about these required plugins, so please click on it and install/activate them,
Also, it looks like you’ve done the import process several times, and your menu is duplicated. You should go to Appearance -> Menus, and create your own menu, to have it look nicely.
If you still can’t get VC to work, submit a private ticket to https://elated.ticksy.com , with a link to your site and WP admin access, and our support team will help with this.

Yes of course, then you have the general options in Elated Options -> Header, for your entire site so you don’t have to fill it in page settings

Yes. There are several predefined portfolio types we created (big images, small images, slider, gallery) , or you can choose Custom Portfolio type, and create the content of your portfolio items your self, using Visual Composer elements, just like you create any page.

1. Unfortunately, there’s no direct option to choose the search results page layout. You would need to modify the search page template , to adapt it to your desired look.
2. You can change that label to your desired directly in this file wp-content\themes\moose\woocommerce\loop\sale-flash.php

These are posts excepts.
In WP admin -> Posts -> each post, you should fill in your desired excerpt text in the excerpt field under the post’s content. If you don’t see this field, click on Screen Options in top right corner, and check excerpt. That will enable you this field, and then write the excerpt text there for each of your posts.

I have updated Moose Theme in my web, and It still not working. The problem comes from Visual Composer Plugin.
I’ve talked with visual composer’s developer about this issue and he said this ‘Hello, it seems you have an outdated version of VC – please contact your theme author in order to receive update for VC and make sure to have latest version installed.’
Could you send me or explain me where can I get the update for this plugin in your theme?

Did you update Moose theme to the latest version? If yes, then you can update VC plugin to the latest version we included – 4.11.2.1 in this case.
To do that:
1. Make sure Moose main theme is active, not child
2. In your WP admin, go to Plugins -> deactivate and delete Visual Composer
3. You will see a notification at the top of your dashboard that this required plugin is missing
4. Click on it, and install and activate the plugin again
That’s it. Just clear cache after updating. Everything will work just fine then. That version is stable and tested.
We will update the plugin to the latest 4.12. version in next theme update that’s currently in preparation.

Hi ive been using your theme with some success for the past few months, but noticed recently the instagram widget in the footer has stopped working and i cant get it back, no way to authorise it either, is this a known problem and will there be an update at all soon?

Any part of our website that uses Masonry has disappeared – if you are on a desktop. It is viewable on mobile.
All our drop down menus have also disappeared. Please help!

The menus are back up. We have no idea what caused them t go down. We do not know if masonry is working. We had to remove and rebuild the pages that had masonry because as of Friday night you could not view content on those pages. We had a technician working on it all day Friday and in the end he said it was an issue with the moose theme and we needed to reach out to you. I do have a private ticket on ticksy regarding this.

Is there custom CSS I can use on a single page that makes simple table borders transparent? In the sponsor tab on http://chipsnetwork.org/summit-2016/ we have copied over a sponsor logo table from our old site that specifies border=”0”, but they’re still showing.
